Papouis Protaras Hotel

I booked this hotel almost a year ago. On arrival, the receptionist informed me they were overbooked and didn't have a room for me. There was no manager at the hotel. No one was able to help me. The hotel is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers mean nothing to them. If you don't want to ruin your family's vacation, stay away from this place! Our stay at Papouis Hotel in Protaras exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality that made us feel at home. We have stayed in many hotels over the years, but Papouis Hotel stands out because of the outstanding service and the genuine care shown by everyone working there. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly, and enjoyable stay in Protaras. If one were to nitpick, the only suggestion I would make is to slightly limit the number of guests and charge a little more, as it would elevate an already wonderful hotel into a truly exceptional, more premium experience. A special thank you to Ahtar, who truly made our holiday unforgettable. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for every guest are simply exceptional. No request was ever too much, and he always greeted everyone with a warm smile and positive energy. People like Ahtar are incredibly rare — he doesn't just do his job, he creates unforgettable experiences. Papouis Hotel is incredibly fortunate to have someone of his caliber on the team. (The Sambuca shots by the pool were great! ;)) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is in good location, not far walking distance to the beach. Nearby is bus station. The rooms are cleaned every day, need a little tlc and can be a bit more bigger and a bit better shower pressure other than that everything is fine. The staff is very kind and friendly. The atmosphere is very pleasant and friendly. The hotel has 4 pools outside, two is for the kids. Also there is kids play room inside and outdoors. Last but not least the food is delicious. Very highly recommended for a family holidays

Clean rooms, friendly staff amazing food!

The Staff was so lovely! I asked to have some decorations in the room as it was mine and my boyfriend’s first holiday and they added flowers and cute lights. Food was lovely and the room was clean, bed was insanely comfy and everything about the hotel was amazing! Would definitely visit again.
