Just in the right place away from the hustle and bustle of town, absolutely perfect for families to relax and enjoy there holiday with large water park on site too. A win win Atmosphere: very friendly staff and always there for help if required Rooms: very clean well presented all nations TV available Valve for money all inclusive deals The only down side if has to find something is people need to learn how to shut doors as rooms doors slamming is a lot We stayed here to see what was like to bring grandchildren too, it won our vote

We booked a last minute short break for a bit of sun - as always we were apprehensive as reduced price etc. The food was really good with a great deal of choice - my only small negative was that sometimes it wasnt hot enough by the time we arrived to eat but they were happy to heat up anything I asked. The staff within the admin team, waiting staff, bar staff and animation team were all so polite friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious clean and had everything you needed. Could not of faulted anything really.

Beautiful Hotel, staff are so polite and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Good wise choice of food which was very tasty. Alcohol is good. No sunbed wars when we visited. Nice walk into Aiya Napa, Buses stop outside the hotel and run every few minutes into the local towns so great for exploring. Rooms are nice and kept very clean, bed comfortable and shower is very powerful. All in all an excellent stay, would we return, 100% Yes

Kids club, animation team, valuable time and recreation for kids are for sure pros of this stay. My daughter everyday asked for spend some time in kids club and go for evening party. Food was very good especially thematic evenings.

This is without doubt the cleanest, welcoming and helpful hotel I've ever stayed in. Upon arrival at 10pm we were given the biggest smile and were helped yo check in. When we were checked in they took us to our apartment via golf buggy. The apartment was massive, 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds. The bathroom was a brilliant size, excellent apartment. The restaurant was by far the best ever. There were themed evenings, the breakfast was so nice, full English and loads of other choices. The best thing about the restaurant was how accommodating they were to my coeliac diet. I was introduced to a legend called Marios who showed me all the gluten free foods and also advised it would be no issue making gluten free pasta, pizza, burgers and a loads of other options, never, have I been so well looked after. The pool was refreshing and the bars served never ending drinks and you could help yourself to snacks in the restaurant. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, efficient and ever so helpful, the longest and dirty plate was on the table was 6 seconds, what a service. This has been such a brilliant break and that was totally all down to the staff and especially Marios. I cannot wait to return.
