Our experience in Tofinis Apartment hotel was wonderful! We went for over a week in September 2025. The unreal 30 degree weather was sensational. Besides the views this hotel was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and massive in size and quality of living, having every facility imagined available! The standard of everything from the food to the drinks to the pool and the water park was immaculate. The food was exceptional every night, really tender meat and various options to choose from to suit any taste buds. We have never been to an all inclusive place that the food was this delicious, genuinely Michelin standard taste. We couldn’t have asked for a better group of staff, they were extremely helpful and a very friendly. Lenny the bar manager was constantly on the ball and meticulous. Ghanni the reception manager was very welcoming, diligent and warm always giving superb direction. Prince and Shuh specially were outstanding bar staff, very efficient with drinks and very chatty. Kids club animator Hermani was the sweetest person I’ve ever met, so caring, kind, and brilliant with entertaining the kids. She’s so smiling and so greeting to all. We became great friends with all these members of staff specifically, making the experience so special, enjoyable and inviting and we will always remember this remarkable holiday because of staying at this magical place “Tofinis Apartments”. The entertainment at night was great! The cleaning staff were consistently making the rooms daily. The cleaners were the hardest workers ever, spotless cleaning. The air conditioning was brilliant, not dusty like you typically get in places, very new and circulating fresh air. The waterpark was incredible, having such fun rides of all slides you’d want! Very spacious and deep pool perfect size and depth. 5 minute walk from beautiful beach and central to port. 2 minute walk to stunning scenery of love bridge. We still talk about this holiday and would be delighted to come back to experience it again, it truly was the holiday of a lifetime! Definitely would recommend to anyone seeking a luxury experience get away in the sun, this hotel is the place to be! Thanks for this memory forever, Danny and Aisling, your Irish friends❤️❤️

We stayed at Tofinis Hotel from October 8–12, 2025, with three young children and my elderly parents. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely distressing due to the unprofessional and aggressive behavior of one of the reception staff. On departure day, the staff member shouted and threatened my husband in front of our children causing significant distress. The hotel management failed to address the situation adequately, leaving us feeling unsafe and upset. Families with children or elderly relatives: please think carefully before booking.

Accommodation: We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was basic but very clean, maids lovely and room serviced daily. Basic facilities like fridge and utensils etc everything you’d expect. Balcony was small and barely room for 2 people to sit. The apartments are behind the water park so view not brilliant and the access path from main hotel wasn’t great, felt out the way and not lit well. Hotel and facilities: pools great, tho a little cold but to be expected. Aqua gym at 11am fantastic though this was the only real highlight from animation team. Kids disco short and basic but did the job - though not on every night. Water park fab and something for everyone ( our daughter was 6 and only 2 slides she couldn’t go on). Warning on the double ring slide, I got a black eye as we hit the water and the ring wasn’t inflated enough so I flew forward and hit her head. A struggle for sunbeds and some began to be removed as end of season. It did feel a little like some of the staff were done with the season and some were rude. Food: great selection, can’t fault it for an all inclusive. Themed nights so plan around them if going out for food on any night, Italian and international nights were great. Seperate kids bit that always had chips, nuggets, fish fingers and pizza. Drinks were awful, juice was all concentrated sugary stuff and beer wasn’t the best. Be warned you have to pay €2 for slushies, crisps, nuts, candy floss etc Very busy and noisy. They closed one restaurant half way through so all meals in main restaurant. Breakfast fresh omelettes and the usual selection, coffee machines not too bad! Pool bar iced coffees were amazing and shout out to Lisa the barmaid! Overall, it’s a nice hotel, really clean and fresh but it felt like we were an inconvenience at points as staff were ready for the season to be over. Evening entertainment could have been better though I imagine in peak season it would have been very cramped.

Extremely well travelled family and very rarely leave negative reviews. However. This hotel seems to be one thing after another!!🙄 Maid is so rude and poor at cleaning ( we usually leave tips), pools closed on multiple occasions within the water park and reception staff are literally there for the income and not actually the care of the customers, as a Cyprian myself this is very heartbreaking…

Pambos and the entire staff at the Tofinis Hotel made every effort to make our stay there wonderful, and they succeeded!!!! From the moment of our arrival to the hotel to the moment of our departure we felt that we had received warmest of welcomes and sincere sadness upon our departure. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Cyprus.
