My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks back in July and we had a fab time. We were in the apartments and although the room was basic, and the sofa bed (which made up one of the childs beds) was uncomfortlable, it was clean and the bedding was soft. Food was great with  plenty of choice for us. The staff in the resturant were exceptional, always making sure the tables were cleared quickly and efficiently ready for someone else to use. A big shout out and thankyou to Georgia (who i always met with a cuddle) Madhav and our lovely Govinda (for being so kind and friendly to my familly) Govinda especially struck up a lovely friendship with my youngest calling her his little sister it was lovely. I also want to make a special mention to the bar Lisa and Sam at the pool bar were great especialy with my oldest who spent a lot of time during the day drinking at the bar and chatting with them. Also the evening staff in the Bar who we spent most of our eveings with. Sagar, Nenad and Alex are very competant cocktail makers and lots of fun to be around. We are still in touch with Sagar who has become a family friend. The entertainment in the evening was basic but good especially the Parrot man and the Michael Jackson impersonator. The only drawback was the vibe in the evenings... A very flat energy but i would put that down to a lot of the guests that were staying there at the time rather than the animation team led by Seb, who did his best to liven people up, especially during the mini disco. Great guy worth his weight in gold. The team on reception were exceptionally helpful and friendly especially gorgeous Ganeed and my identicle ring twin Saleer (We wore nearly identicle rings) For us what makes a good holiday is the company you keep and the people you meet. The staff here are an absolute credit to the hotel Would definitely recommend hiring a car from the hotel which is very reasonable. We did this for the last week of our holiday as there is lots to do further a field which is a maximum 2hour drive anywhere worth going out of the area, and also getting round locally. The bays where you can do snorkelling and water sports are a 5 minute drive away rather than a half hour walk in the blazing heat with kids in tow, or spending a fortune on the organised trips. If you want to visit famagusta (ghost town) remember to bring your passports. We forgot and had a very wasted journey. Overall a lovely friendly hotel. I have just come home from a 2 week holiday from this Hotel and what a lovley time we had. A family of 7 and we had a fab time. The whole place is spotless. The food is unreal. And a huge selection. A themed night every day if the week. We usually venture out for a meal or two to break up the all Inclusive dining but really didnt need to with all the selcetion and the quality here. All The staff are so friendly. Any bad reviews i seen before we got there were not even worth my time. Some people must just love a moan and there is nothing that i found remotly true. The enterterainment stopped at 9.45pm and was very limited but this was not the animation teams fault. With there being only 2 of them, sebastian and Hermani done a fab job with what they were allowed to do in the time they had. Management dont allow any more after this time as the room they used needed to be set up for the following day. Although the animation team would have liked too and did had tried their best to make it to go on longer. Kids club ran all day 6 days a week and mini disco 5 days a weeks. Bingo, karaoke, magician, clown magic show etc were what was going in in the evening. Water polo, darts etc throughout the day. With just a sunday with the animation team having a well deserved day off. So just a chill day on a sunday or use the water park that is on site. Which is anorher added bonus. We did go when the season had started to slow down, so the ques etc we not bad as i had read, so maybe a bounus for us was going in October. Alex, Sam, Prince just to name a few were some of the bar men and honestly were all a lovley bunch. New your tipple and had it ready and waiting for you if they seen you come or even fetched it over if they noticed your glass empty. We will defo be going back to this place.

This hotel is lovely situated opposite the sculpture park and just on the edge of Ayia Napa so not a noisy area. The rooms are huge and the staff are all lovely they can’t do enough for you including the managers very friendly . The food is amazing there is so much choice and different everyday night . The flavours of everything we tried were amazing . I don’t normally have desserts but had to here as they were different everyday and always gorgeous . The staff were all great and we loved Sam and Lisa on the pool bar through the day and Alex and prince on the bar at night . The staff work very hard here and we seen some customers being horrible to the staff and it’s awful they have to put up with this behaviour some of them are a long way from home and don’t need to be spoken to like that. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.
