What a fantastic hotel. The location is okay with a bus trip or 20 minute walk to the strip. Rooms are on the smaller side but they are modern and very clean. The hotel itself is spotless, staff are forever cleaning floors, windows etc! Food is amazing, one of the best all inclusives we’ve went to. Drinks are good- standard all inclusive but still drinkable, no complaints! Pool is lovely and big. Sunbeds easy to find. Entertainment for us, was amazing at nights. Kids disco followed by a short show, usually finished by 9:30. With 2 young children, this worked really well for us, but I can appreciate for others this won’t. Our absolute highlight was kids club. My 4 year old LOVED going and she adored the girls working there. They work so hard, have so much energy!! They really are amazing. I hope we come back one day!!

Location was good 5 mins walk to the beach, rooms was cleaned everyday, noisey at night banging doors children screaming, food excellent very good choice and hot, staff in restaurant worked hard we had the same 3 most days outside couldnt do enough for us, lisa and sam at pool bar was so lovely always a smile and made you feel very welcome, slide bar lady was rude, evening bar staff was so lovely always smileing and make u very welcome alex sagar napal, was a lovely holiday

Absolutely amazing holiday with family.hotel was clean and facilities are ***** Seb and his staff on the animation team was the best! Don’t know where they get their energy from! The only thing I will say let it down was that there was no entertainment after the kids entertainment. So night times are early! Which isn’t necessarily bad as the days are the best. Am booking for neat yr

Well what can I say. Fantastic holiday. Location perfect as not on the strip so it’s quite for family’s. Food brilliant something for everyone. Staff friendly, but most of all the entertainment team are amazing. They made our children have the best holiday ever. Special shoutout to one individual his name was Sebastian absolutely brilliant! We would go back just on the basis of seeing them again. Couldn’t fault the holiday one bit. Had the best time

We are currently coming to the end of a two-week stay at Tofinis Hotel from 24th May to 8th June and have had such a wonderful time that we’re already looking at booking again for next year. Our party consisted of 13 people, including 6 adults and 7 children aged between 10 months and 14 years, and every single one of us has had a fantastic holiday. This was our first stay at Tofinis, although we have visited Ayia Napa before, and it exceeded our expectations. Check In & Arrival We arrived early in the morning and check-in was quick and easy. We were provided with snacks on arrival, although after travelling through the night we headed straight to bed. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Rooms We stayed in a twin room with an additional child bed. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked brilliantly, and housekeeping did a great job every day. We had a waterpark view, which was nice, although family members staying in sea-view rooms definitely had the better outlook. Food The food has been one of the highlights of the holiday. Everything has been incredibly tasty and there has always been plenty of choice at every meal. The children’s station was excellent, offering favourites such as nuggets, chips, spaghetti and pizza, making it easy to keep younger guests happy. The themed nights were fantastic and really helped keep meals interesting. The Mexican night and BBQ night were particular standouts for us. Honestly, we couldn’t find any negatives when it came to the food. Drinks The cocktail menu isn’t huge, but the drinks available were very nice. There was a good selection of local spirits included in the all-inclusive package, along with plenty of soft drinks and mocktails for the children. Slushies are available but do come at an extra cost. The bar service has been excellent and queues were minimal throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Neynad and Lisa. They have been absolutely wonderful, always taking the time to chat with us and making us feel genuinely welcome. They are a real credit to the hotel. We would also like to mention Fillip from the maintenance team, who always stopped for a chat and made us smile. It’s little interactions like these that make a holiday feel special and personal. Pools & Waterpark The waterpark is a fantastic feature and the children loved it. Interestingly, they actually spent more time in the main pool because they enjoyed the atmosphere there so much. The pool areas were always clean and well maintained. During the second week the water warmed up nicely, making it even more enjoyable. We never struggled to get sunbeds, usually heading down around 8.30am. However, it’s worth noting that the hotel was nowhere near full capacity during our stay, so this may be different during peak season. Entertainment The animation team were amazing and really helped create a fun atmosphere around the hotel. A big shout out to Sebastian and the girls, who always made time to chat and engage with guests. The children’s entertainment was excellent, followed by evening shows such as tribute acts and magic shows. If we had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to extend the evening entertainment slightly and perhaps add activities such as bingo, quizzes or competitions to get more adults involved. Cleanliness Cleanliness throughout the hotel has been excellent. The restaurant staff were efficient and thorough, tables were cleared quickly, and all public areas, restaurants, pool areas and facilities were kept spotless throughout our stay. Location The location worked well for us. Ayia Napa centre is around a 20-minute walk away and for those who don’t fancy walking, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The buses were frequent and inexpensive at around €2 for adults and €1 for children. Overall Tofinis has given us one of our favourite family holidays. The friendly staff, fantastic food, clean facilities, great pools and excellent entertainment have created a holiday that suited every age in our large family group. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to families and are already looking at booking our next stay. Thank you to everyone at Tofinis for helping create some wonderful family memories.
