The Manager Panagiota Restaurant's made Mr Patel dream with special dinner. Both the Manager & Apostlos Restaurant supervisor really gave a good service. Thanks a lot for making our dinner special.

Visited for the 4th time on an all-inclusive package. Absolutely superb resort. We love the facilities and rooms, the customer service, it never feels overcrowded but most of all what keeps us coming back is the delicious vegan food. I would estimate 50% of the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is suitable for vegans. The cocktails at the Captain’s Bar are fabulous also. Special mention to Niroj at the pool bar and the hotel Porter, whose name I didn’t get, who always go the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble. As returning guests, we are always made to feel valued. Thank you St Raphael. We will be back!

We've returned several times to the St.Raphael Resort and each time we receive a warm welcome and enjoy a wonderful stay. This time we were 6, to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary where we received numerous surprises initiated by the General Manager Mr. Killanis. With so much going on he found time to give us a special holiday which will remain with us always. As usual all the staff were friendly and helpful and new staff member Panayiota at the Amphibion bar and her colleague (name forgotten, sorry) were always attentive. The food was great, from the buffet ( wonderful selection), Palladium to the must go to, Golden Monkey. Seeing the chef picking herbs from the greenhouse shows it is authentic. I'd also mention the young man who is the porter who is always helpful and willing, doesn't get enough mentions. We will surely return, and why not; good food, wonderful people and sun, what more could you want?

We stayed at St Raphael Resort during a high-level conference meeting from 11–14 May, and the overall experience was excellent. The level of support and customer service provided by the staff across the conference facilities, restaurants, and pool bar was consistently impressive. A special mention goes to Panagiota at the pool bar, whose attentiveness, professionalism, empathy, and genuinely warm service stood out. Small things done exceptionally well make a real difference during demanding work events. St Raphael is a very strong choice for hosting professional meetings and conferences, especially when the goal is to ensure participants feel well looked after, comfortable, and satisfied throughout their stay. A well-run venue with service that clearly understands hospitality.

Very happy all was well very relaxing by the pool service at the swim up pool bar 5 star panayiota is a star very caring and considerate her cappuccinos were fab. Breakfast o.k we went out for dinner as only bed breakfast. Rooms cleaned every day . Beach only 2 minutes from pool . clean and tidy .all in all a great time had by all. P.s a mention to kyriakos front desk what a lovely and caring man would visit again. Give it a go.yamas.
