St Raphael

10 day stay and we were impressed with this Hotel. Cyprus is drenched with good hotels by the sea but the St Raphael stands out to us. We had a few issues on arrival with our room, our 15 year old is 6 ft 2 and the bed was too small, but these were swiftly dealt with and without fuss the next morning. The resort itself is very well run and extremely clean ...wow these cleaners work hard. Our room was spotless every day !!! Great pool and super rooftop bars that cater for all. The views in the evening are stunning across the Limisoll skyline. Not all the drinks are all inclusive, so beware, but at least they cater for highend if you choose. A special mention to a few members of staff ..Mikey on Guest information is amazing...I hope this hotel realise what an absolute star he is. You need anything, see this guy ...he's fabulous. Yota and Nero at the Pool bar ...these guys work tirelessly to make sure you have a relaxing time at the pool and make lovely cocktails...( I don't drink ) but they would have a non alcoholic option at hand and even spotted me without a drink whilst relaxing in the pool...and bought one over. Again , superb service !!! Sarmilla at breakfast is a little ray of sunshine every morning. so attentive and a lovely way to start our day !!! All the staff are super but these guys stood out ! We stay at 5 star in Cyprus every year and try different hotels but we will return to this one. Sunbeds were not an issue by the pool and are cushioned and fresh towels every day. We tried some of the specialty restaurants ...they were lovely and good food, although the Thai you have to pay for. All in all it's well worth a visit and we loved it. This place is lovely. Great food, clean rooms and fab service. This is the best all inclusive we have stayed at. The staff in both Splash and Captains bar are excellent. This was our second visit here and will definitely not be our last. Thank you to all the team. 🙂

Best Resort in all of Cyprus! Perfect location right on the water. The hotel is certainly worthy of its 5 stars. If you are a vegan than this is the absolute perfect place for you. There are so many options as far as food goes and everything is simply delicious, it is clear the managment/owner of this establishment must be a vegan because with every dish they go the extra distance. We stayed in the executive room with a view towards the marina, strongly recommend these rooms. The balcony is huge and the view is breathtaking. The rooms are very clean and the King Bed is extra big and comfortable. Another great factor is the access to these rooms is right off the main floor from the entrance. Perfect location. The entire staff were top notch. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible. We will certainly be coming back.

When I first stepped inside St Raphaels I was impressed with its welcoming reception area & amazing smell. The vibe of the hotel & the friendly staff made you feel instantly at ease. My room was clean & spacious with a very comfortable bed. Food was delicious with lots of choice. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay & I highly recommend St.Raphaels to others.

We stay In hotel 2 adults and a 10 years old child. We were very satisfied. Staff was very profesional reception, rooms are cleen, view was great from room. Very Nice ladies staff 2 one name Gabriele was very Nice In kids pool area buffet. Filip lifeguard was the best he allways help with umbrella beds and very careffuly supervitor In slide. Slide was very Nice In pool fór children. Food and service was realy like In 5 stars hotel! Bar and drinks and coffe In captains bar ware good. Animators In Kidsclub were Nice. Our boy likes them. Miška animator was very kindly. And boys at the disco too. Water aerobic was Nice. Pool very cleen. Good experience.
