Wonderful hotel, the staff are fantastic, the pool area is lovely, rooms are good and overall very relaxing holiday. We did an all inclusive, and if we are honest it’s the only thing that let you down. Breakfast and lunch is very good but evening meals are average at best, food is not good for dinners, very poor chef and poor choice. Many of the guests have complained about the food though we believe the Vegan options are brilliant. The hotel would have got a 5 star had it not been for the food.

Having just spent two nights here, and I can honestly say it was truly wonderful. The hotel was spotless and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The food was exceptional ..so good I genuinely wished it would never end. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The pool area was very relaxing and quiet too. The whole place has such a calm, peaceful atmosphere, a real oasis of loveliness. Even the resident cats were a delight! I would highly recommend this hotel and am already looking forward to returning in November.

The hotel is great there are problems like the heat in the hotel as we have been informed is not working. The dinner at the bar area was great

Alexia is the best bar lady EVER! Very attentive and friendly. Superb service and friendly with it. Uber intelligent as speaks 5 languages. Loved our conversations with her ❤️

We visit this hotel regularly with our family, and each time the level of hospitality is excellent. Mr. Slave at the reception and Mrs. Evdokia in reservations truly stand out for their professionalism, kindness, and consistent willingness to help. Their contribution makes our stay comfortable and enjoyable and is a key reason why we choose this hotel again and again.
