Sunrise Gardens

We are currently staying at the Sunrise Gardens hotel in Protaras & we have been so impressed that I feel I had to leave a review. Located on the main strip in Protaras, you have everything close to hand including excellent transport links by buses that can take you anywhere on the island at exceptionally low cost. Access to two beaches less than 10 minutes walk including the famous Fig Tree Bay. The hotel itself is modern, large air conditioned rooms, two lifts, 2 adult pools, a kids pool, gym & choice of restaurants. In the main restaurant you have buffet style options, always fresh and plenty of choice. As a resident at the hotel, you can dine in the Greek restaurant "Kyklos" at the front of the hotel twice per week which has as extensive menu. All the food is top quality. Special mention to Ilias, he is one of the managers at the restaurant. He has made our stay somewhat special through his kind, courteous and thoughtful manner......thank you "Ilias". The rooms are cleaned daily and the hotel is spotless. All the staff work hard and ensure any needs you have are well attended. Happy staff make for a pleasant atmosphere and despite being on the strip,we have never been disturbed by noise. So if you are seeking for a modern hotel, great atmosphere, close to the beach, excellent staff & top quality food all at excellent value then stay here!

We had an excellent 3 weeks stay with our two teenage children. The hotel is a fantastic location right in the middle of everything (bars,restaurants, shops & supermarkets) We had two rooms which were cleaned daily to a very high standard. There are 3 pools we spent most of our holiday at the top pool where Pertroula worked the bar such a lovely lady who made are days round the pool very enjoyable with her fab sense of humour. Food excellent with plenty to choose from and everything made even better by all the staff who worked in the restaurant/bar they were ALL so pleasant & helpful nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to Hamza, Sham, Nisham, Ilias & Daj (who made the best omelettes at breakfast). We would highly recommend this hotel.

This was our first vist to this hotel but it certainly won’t be the last , in fact already planning next years visit. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful . What made the experience even more special was Petrula who served us at the swim up bar she truly was a ray of sunshine and a joy to speak to also the lifeguard i think his name was Arife he was so pleasant and helpful . this definitely was our favourite spot to be . can’t wait for next year

Another brilliant stay in sunrise gardens. All the staff so helpful and friendly, especially ilias from the breakfast and front restaurant, he always makes us feel welcome every time we come. He is a credit to the hotel. Petroula at the pool bar she is absolutely amazing always a smile and a credit to the team at sunrise gardens. Can’t wait to return next year xxx

Just returned from our first visit to this incredible hotel and it certainly won’t be our last. Myself and my husband were made to feel so welcome and were looked after throughout by the lovely Ilias and his amazing hard working team. Every staff member from Chef’s, Waiters, Reception and Cleaners were super smiley and friendly while offering an exceptional service. The hotel was immaculately clean and the food was truly delicious at every meal time without exception. Nothing but praise for everyone involved and we loved Protaris resort too.
