Sunrise Jade - Adults Only

From the minute you walk in,you are treat like royalty 👑 ! 6* The rooms are gorgeous, the bed is huge and comfortable, it has everything you need, fridge hairdryer, tv, big shower, double sink, wardrobe and draws, balcony, dressing gowns and slippers etc. The sea view is just stunning 😍 !! The food is 10/10 and have option to change evening meal to dinner if half board, which is a 3 course meal, every meal in 7 days was fantastic nothing at fault. You can book into 4 restaurants with HB option tried all but 1 and that was ourfault not confirming the reservation! The 3 we did do was again 10/10 reef (American) being my favourite and ginger (Asian) being my partner’s! Honestly you will not be disappointed. You are allocated 2 sunbeds on the morning you arrive so no need to rush to get one on a morning, we did change ours when guests checked out to nearer the bar 🤣 ! You are given 2 towels that you can change daily, there is a QR code attached to your umbrella that you can scan and order food and drinks to your sunbeds 😎 the hotel grounds are spotless and each and every member of staff are 💯 brilliant. Special mention to Anna and Milan always smiling and cant do enough for you. Vicki too, and the lady who works outside bar and then inside at night time she gave my partner great advice about the wines they had to offer (greek one) was her favourite. She sorted us ice in our stanley cups throughout the day 👍 didnt catch her name but she was fantastic. Georgi makes the best omelette and his sidekick they are all just great people! The hotel manager makes effort to speak to almost everyone 😊 Didn’t have 1 bad experience with any member. Its our second visit and wont probably be our last!! Oh and at 6pm you get a knock at the door n given chocolates each night 😋 they are to die for !! Its the little things!

This hotel is amazing, very luxurious! We have been to this hotel five times now. There is nothing negative to say about this beautiful hotel other than it spoils you to go anywhere else. Nothing compares, the service is fabulous, food fabulous, location fabulous. What o also love is you get to choose your dinners, they are yours for the whole time you are there unless you choose to change. The hotel is adult only but there are other Sunrise family hotels nearby. Beds are extremely comfortable, we always have the luxury room overlooking the pool and the sea. All staff are very friendly, especially the lovely lady that worked all the hours god sent. I didn’t catch her name but she was from Ukraine. Nothing was to much trouble. If you want a bit of luxury try this hotel. You won’t want to go anywhere else.

Very accommodating with late evening arrival request - salads instead of sandwiches and they were delicious Breakfast had a good offering would like to have seen strawberries blueberries and more nut selection though shout out to Andreas who brought us strawberries on our last day - now that’s going above and beyond for your customer! All pillows are the same no alternatives which was a shame so had a stiff neck by day 2 - would be nice to have option of a neck support pillow or feather / flatter pillow Sunbed frames not the best wooden and sticky and caused a bit of bruising due to their shape and placement if going for a refresh any time I would recommend ones with no arms Sunbed umbrellas are secured on place so have to move beds around quite a bit if you like shade Aqua teacher seems like she is winging it and music as too fast to do In water and the routine sections are not long enough - should be min 12 each and she doesn’t seem to count them. Also needs to offer different sound tracks as it got boring on the third day Room nice and cold good air con! All staff really friendly and helpful - Housekeeping lady serving 533 & 532 was especially lovely Would be nice to have a decaf Nespresso pod option in the room so had to purchase my own We did not know there was entertainment on until 5 nights into our stay - would have been useful to include evening activities list on the same sheet we were given for daytime AND have an A board by the bar displaying name of act / poster Staff are a little too keen to clear plates away before everyone finished eating and can be quite off putting There are 2 cats roaming the dining area who may seem friendly but watch out the ginger one can scratch for no reason if you try feeding it by hand It was crowded around chef station at breakfast - it may be better to take any orders for eggs and omelettes from tables so others can get in for porridge and bread section? Dinner - best night as Italian worst was around the world - a lot of the hot food is not hot and meats seem to be overcooked Reef American grill is a MUST - the 3 course meal was delicious! Lunch voucher on last day was excellent value for money with a 3 course meal - again delicious Amelia’s for ice cream is a must - delicious lemon sorbet ! Gym is open from 7am not 9am Like brochure suggests though it is small and can get warm quickly there is a separate weights room which is cooler Spa was great can recommend the deep tissue massage

The only 3 negatives I could say is when we arrived to the hotel we were a little thrown off by size / how it looked from outside to other 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at, when I used the hotels guest showers on last day after check out the hairdryer stopped working half way through drying my hair, & if you choose to have dinner the buffet is really small but apart from those I loved everything else - sunbed allocations for the whole of stay - ordering food / drink to sunbeds - beds were so comfy - cleaners always cleaned even if we’d woken up a little late!

This is our 2nd time at this hotel and it never disappoints. From the minute u arrive the staff are fantastic they can’t do enough for you. The hospitality manager Peter is always looking at what’s going on making sure all guests are being attended to. The Head Chef and his team are great always smiling and making fresh food, the soup is to die for (not something I usual eat on holiday) I could have eaten this every night of the week. The bed and pillows are so comfy (to the extent I asked for the make). Reserving sunbeds is a game changer for us as u don’t have to be down at 7am especially if you have been out late the night before. We were on the 4th floor and not facing the beach however we did enquire about upgrading but glad we didn’t as the sun is only on the balconies looking over the sea in the morning and then we personally do not sit on it again (if you do sit on ur balcony then the upgrade would be worth it). All staff are superb we had an experience with one called Danielle who wasn’t very smiley and not helpful however we put this down to her having a bad day!! We will definitely be back. This time we were only bed and breakfast however we will go half board next time as we did do the hb previously and we would say it is worth it. Great that it’s adult only, we love kids however enjoy the peace when on holiday. Location is only around 15mins walk to the main Protaras. All in all fabulous holiday and we wilk definitely be back.
