Sunrise Jade - Adults Only

On arrival on a late flight , we were greeted by a glass of lemon barley after a very long journey. There was only one guy working the reception and there were several people checking in , took about half and hour of waiting which when you are tired you would think the checking in process would be a lot quicker. We paid for a delux sea view room, we got to the room and unpacked and literally went straight to sleep. In the morning we realised we were were put in a room with a view of the car park ! We notified reception and they said comeback tomorrow as that’s when people would be checking out . We like the prebookable sun beds and did change around a few times . After two nights in room 207 we then had the opportunity to move to room 219 which was in upheaval and time into our holiday but was worth the change . Again , didn’t expect to have to wait two days for this and I feel if you dont say anything you were just shoved in a rubbish room . Although the room was smaller than the last . The food was ok not that amazing, very small buffet which wasn’t that much on offer . We were very surprised at our evening meal that even water was chargeable, also by the pool bar you were charged for water when I think that’s a little mean of the hotel , how much is a bottle of water?? The drinks in our fridge were complimentary when we arrived which was nice , the staff were friendly and I loved seeing the cats in the restaurant. The location is great. Also people in the restaurant were coming in wet from swimming in the sea and none of the staff said anything, they were treated it like a pool bar and dripping wet walking round the buffet. The gym isn’t great , barely air conditioning and again NO WATER , very petty . The hotel lacked a bit of quality regarding gardening and landscaping for a five star hotel . Little things could make this so much better , won’t be returning here but will be returning back to the AMAVI in pathos .

Second time at Sunrise Jade, was here for 7 days last year, came back for 9 days as 7 was just not enough. It did not disappoint, had a wonderful time, staff very friendly and attentive, hotel beautiful and spotlessly clean, food very good with wide choice, omelette at breakfast was fab. Beautiful location, very peaceful but only 15 minute walk into centre of Protaras for the night life. Lovely walk around the coastal path to Fig Tree Bay. However, we preferred the two beaches the other direction, Green Bay. We loved the snorkelling in the beautiful clear waters. Two entry places from hotel down some steps, the hotel is sat above the bay with stunning views, main restaurant looks out across the bay. My wife was very excited to see a turtle today on our last snorkel. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year, would definitely recommend a room with a sea view, so lovely to wake up to. Some times the WiFi got a bit slow so i used my own 4G data, did not matter to me as i have an O2 unlimited contract, have suggested they improve that. If you want chilled out holiday that is adult only in a resort that almost guarantees perfect weather this would be hard to beat. Spoke to the manager today and complimented him on the service quality of his staff and the overall hotel, really excellent.

Can’t fault the holiday at the Sunrise Jade rooms great and spacious. Cleaned daily to a high standard fresh towels and bedding. Food very nice with great choice service great all staff very friendly and obliging with hands on managers. Can choose your sun beds on arrival and change during the holiday. Atmosphere very relaxed with no noisy night life. Hotel run like a well oiled machine really can’t find fault

We recently returned from a fantastic stay at the Sunrise Jade Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. From our first day, the whole experience was relaxing and exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to our waiter, Pratik, whose friendly and attentive service made every meal a pleasure. He was a real credit to the hotel, as was the restaurant manager, who was always welcoming, professional, and clearly committed to providing an excellent dining experience. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options available throughout our stay. We also loved the dine-out restaurants included as part of our package, which added even more choice and made our holiday feel extra special. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the pool attendant was always accommodating and helpful, ensuring guests were comfortable and well looked after. The allocated sunbed system was another fantastic feature, removing the usual stress of finding a spot each day and making the holiday even more hassle-free and relaxing. Overall, the combination of excellent staff, fantastic food, spotless surroundings, and thoughtful touches made for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be returning

This was our third stay at Sunrise Jade - and if anything it's getting better! Large room, 5th Floor overlooking the bay, All rooms, in fact the whole hotel, are kept spotless - a real credit to the cleaning staff. Two pools, one with a swim up bar, the other with an infinity view over the sea. Plenty of sunbeds ( which are allocated on the first morning and are yours for the duration) - this is such a good idea! Restaurant is good standard, good variety and served by friendly staff. The hotel is about 15 mins walk from Protarus main strip. The overall vibe is chilled, quiet and relaxed. Plenty of Yoga, Pilates, Aqua aerobics to keep you occupied ( definitely recommend this! ) or just chill with the view. Thanks again to all the staff for making this another perfect stay!
