What an incredible place! First time staying at the Sunrise Pearl but won’t be the last. Staff are 100% excellent. Hotel is spotless. Location is perfect. Food was beautiful ( we did half board ) and even though you have the option of dinning out we chose the hotel restaurant most nights because it was so good. I cannot fault this place, it’s just incredible. We had a sea view room and it was breathtaking. Allocated sun lounges so no issues with lazing round the pool. Spa treatments are unbelievable. Honestly, cannot fault the place. Just brilliant. Atmosphere is chilled and classy. Rooms cleaned daily, staff come round 3 times a day to check you have everything. Good value for money based on how lovely it is. If you want all inclusive, cheap and cheerful don’t book here. If you want class, elegance, comfort, and unforgettable experience, then there’s no where else. Thank you to all the staff at sunrise pearl, special thank you to the restaurant manager, she was exceptional!!! Also the lovely team on reception. 1 million percentage recommend this hotel. We stayed at Sunrise Pearl last week, and this was our 6th visit. It is, without a doubt, the best hotel in Protaras. The staff are exceptional and always go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. A special mention has to go to Kiki, the bartender. We honestly wouldn’t keep coming back if it wasn’t for her! She’s the kindest, happiest person you’ll ever meet and always has a smile on her face. She makes every visit so special. Durga, who works in the restaurant, is amazing too. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she always remembers returning guests from previous years, which makes you feel so welcome. We’d also like to thank Sarlotta, the restaurant manager, who is always friendly. Every single member of staff goes out of their way to help, and that’s what makes this hotel stand out from the rest. We can’t recommend Sunrise Pearl highly enough and are already looking forward to our next stay.

i want to start off with saying how i love how the facility is close to the strip off Protaras. i also want to say how nice the food was at breakfast. but i do want to say about rooms, now my room was lovely its just the beds. now i had a room of four and had to stay on a couch bed, it was really comfy. overall this is my favourite hotel ever! 10000000000000000 percent coming back

The service of sunbeds allocated on arrival is an absolute bonus, takes the stress away so you can relax & enjoy your hotel. The hotel staff are super friendly , helpful & very polite. The hotel offers a dine out option with your half board or full board at several restaurants outside the hotel, all within walking distance. These restaurants are part of the hotel, all excellent food & great well trained staff. The hotel is extremely clean, well run & a perfect location with plenty of nightlife & other dining experiences all within walking distance. I'm definitely coming back to this hotel, highly recommend it.
