Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa

Absolutely fantastic hotel in protaras cyprus staff were amazing especially georgina in breakfast. David and dukra rangel George and mirella at pool bar all fabulous people and so good at their jobs.

I visited this hotel for the 10th time this month, and it still does not disappoint! There are a number of features that make this hotel 5 star : the comfy sun beds which you can choose for the length of your stay (the best feature!), beautiful food and a variety of fabulous restaurants to choose from, stunning views of the beach, wonderfully clean rooms and fantastic staff. Nothing is too much trouble & I’d like to call out some members of staff that made our visit really special : Glykeria & Prince on reception, Parwinder & Rangel in the waterfall restaurant, the wonderful man who helped us with our suitcases (think his name began with Arg…?) & the maid who cleans the rooms on the 4th floor (419-424). The little touches like the praline chocolates with the night service make this hotel 5 star. As a frequent visitor, I have a few suggestions for improvements. 1. please bring back the live music at dinner. You could really hear the music from the Vrissiana Beach Hotel which ruined the ambience at the waterfall restaurant. 2. Have a dedicated smoking area around the pool. My boyfriend is asthmatic and we were surrounded by cigarette smoke which wasn’t pleasant as non-smokers. 3. The aqua aerobics was starting around 4pm which is an odd time as there was little engagement and the music woke a lot of people up who were sleeping around the pool. It’s a shame the noise levels from surrounding hotels were so loud.

Amazing hotel with nothing left undone. Beautiful room with limited sea view (515), spot on location in centre of Protaras, immaculate house-keeping and hard working staff throughout. Staying on a B&B basis where the breakfast is first class with brilliant restaurant staff. Our last day at the hotel and we felt the need to point out one member of staff by the name of Ali who works at the pool bar. What a fantastic person he is who never fails to greet you with a smile and a pleasant conversation. He works very hard and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. We would like to ask management to pass on our sincere thanks to Ali who made our holiday special and is a great asset to the Sunrise chain of hotels.

Gorgeous hotel, really wonderful food a huge variety of restaurants. Views were amazing from our hotel room. Special mention to Jennifer for the yoga, we really loved her class. Kids club was excellent with a variety of activities for our clan. We’ll be back again, can find no fault in the hotel. Perfect location for us!

Another great stay at the Pearl of Protaras. Fantastic service, facilities and exceptional staff make this enjoyable from start to finish. Nothing a problem when requesting anything. Fantastic location and is the best hotel on the strip by far. I am not going to name anyone in particular as there are too many to mention. Thank you all for contributing to a fabulous holiday.
