Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa

First time coming to the sunrise pearl hotel in September 2025 the hotel is in a perfect location just a shame about the hill to go up to strip as it would be hard to get up if you had walking difficulties but we did know about the hill beforehand. The hotel was nice and clean but I would say its more like a 4 star than a 5 star but still great. Was gutted there was no ironing board in the room or iron when in other 5 star hotels myself and my mum have been to there is always one in the rooms. It was only me an my mum staying here as we wanted a chilled hotel but in a central location which it definitely fitted the criteria but we were shocked to see that the white sheer curtain wasn't in the best condition, as its a 5 star we were pretty shocked that it hadn't been replaced in our room before any guests arrived. The guy who seen us to our room though I dont know his name but he was from Liverpool and he was very friendly. We stayed bed and breakfast here as we knew there is many restaurants and bars outside the hotel which we've been to previously and some newer ones. We loved food at Nubila paladela and folios the most when we ate out. Also hans and gretel was amazing for crepes and waffles on the strip! When we ordered cocktails at the pool they weren't as nice as in the chia restaurant when we had drinks there which is a shame as they're the same chain. We loved the pools and view from our room though and our room was a great size just abit dated would say it needs a revamp as alot of other hotels rooms look better. The pools weren't heated which was a shame as everyone was shocked how cold they were when getting in. I would stay here again but I do think it should be cheaper as I dont think it comes across as a 5 star hotel.. like eg. Amavi in paphos is the standard I'd expect. We did pick here as we love protaras and the allocated sunbeds!!

This is a lovely hotel, the sunbed allocation is good and worked well. The rooms are lovely with huge beds. Excellent location, right on the strip. The staff can't do enough for you. We have already booked for September next year.

The hotel is perfectly situated between the main street and the beach, giving us direct access to both. Our stay was very good and relaxing. The atmosphere is spacious and green. The main restaurant has a nice terrace looking at the sea and was great. Since we had full board, we enjoyed all the meals. The food was consistently very fresh and delicious, with plenty of choices. Our room was large, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Cleanliness was outstanding. It was also very quiet. We had no noise and slept excellently. The service was fabulous. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, the people at the front desk, the maids, and the chefs and waiters in the restaurants. We highly recommend the hotel. It offers good value for the price and quality. We will definitely be back!

This was our 4th visit to sunrise pearl hotel and spa and as always we’ve had the best time. The staff go above and beyond to welcome and look after you. Meals are gorgeous and the rooms are immediately clean with the most beautiful views of the sea. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us and making our holiday so restful. We will hopefully see you again next year!

FANTASTIC PLACE... Away on vaccation and feel lik you are at home with your familly. The staff in restaurants are outstanding, they make you feel so good and at home. I do not remember when i have had this good service where ever i have been traveling, and i travel a lot. For sure we will go back next year. Food selection, service, is fantastic and lives up to 5-Star
