Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa

My husband and I chose to stay at the Pearl having never visited Cyprus before. I work in travel and have visited many 5 star hotels. This hotel is, without doubt, the best of the best. Location. Central on the strip and beachfront to the soft, golden sands and turquoise sea - perfect. Loved the allocation of sunbeds too - zero stress. Rooms. Spotlessly clean, toiletries, tea & coffee , soft drinks in fridge. Soft fluffy towels and robes. All provided and checked daily. Epic shower. Bed - massive and the most comfortable we’ve slept in away from home. Thank you for the chocolate each night too! Staff. Welcoming, professional and always friendly. We loved all of you and you all made our holiday so special. The restaurant staff were attentive and excellent - everything ran like clockwork. In particular, Durga and Manpret, what lovely souls you are - the warm smiles and service you gave us each day was beyond exceptional; you really are a credit to the hotel. Food. I don’t know where to start, the hotel chefs were, quite rightly, so proud of every single dish. Everything was beautifully cooked, fresh and presentation was fabulous. They were always on hand to explain dishes and even carry food to diners’ tables. The choice and variety was incredible. We’ve never eaten such lovely quality anywhere else. Restaurants on the ‘dine around’ we ate in: Lemongrass, Marcello, Reef American and Brazilian steakhouse - again, all fabulous - tho the hotel buffet did take some beating! We feel very lucky to have enjoyed such an amazing hotel. You totally deserve your wonderful reviews and 5star ratings. It was all faultless. Please thank everyone for us. Loved this hotel. The staff are so lovely the manager is very nice. The food is just amazing good quality and hot lots of variety. It’s a bonus to be half board and go to the restaurants in the strip of the town. Beautiful food it all the restaurants. The main restaurant in the hotel was also brilliant and allergy is catered for. The sunbeds are allocated on arrival this is such a wonderful idea you have a wonderful towel and can order food and drinks via a code on the umbrella. The rooms are bright and the bed is so comfortable. Maid service is perfect fluffy towels and big. They come back in the pm to see if you need more things for the room. They give a little chocolate at night too. A lovely touch. The swim up room was a nice treat. The beach is beautiful. The strip is fun lots of things to do at night for all ages. The manager had a cocktail party on our first night this was so nice. The wine list is fantastic and got to try Greek delicious wines. I will definitely be come back to this hotel. The gym was good too. It hotel Is central to everything. Missing it already fantastic break.

Fabulous hotel, very clean, service was excellent, plenty of choices for food and places, staff are very friendly and helpful. Towels sometimes changes twice a day, got allocated a chosen sunbed and they were ours for the week so no early bed saving. Hotel had its own section on the beach which was next to the pools so no hiking to get to the sea. Plenty of places available but early time of year. Lucky to arrive in time for a cocktail party where managers, chef and staff came to chat and welcome everyone. We went to relax and chill and that is definitely what we did. Cannot fault this hotel 😊

This is a very nice hotel - but not 5 star. Hotel staff and location make this hotel special. Spotlessly clean and great idea to allocate you your sunbed during your stay. Breakfast is very good although I missed a juice bar ( this is available during the day at an xtra charge) and fresh avocado. The dine around program made it for us as we found the evening buffet at hotel not great definitely not 5* selection/standard. Pork every day, no fresh prawns, avocado just paste not slices, no ice cream. The Greek night food tasted as far away from authentic Greek food could taste. Hotel food not a patch on say Elysium at Paphos. So having option to eat out was our saviour. We would return but on b/b basis as so much choice for places to eat on strip outside. Spa lovely, Sofia was so helpful and I enjoyed treatments there. Call-outs to Constanious, Durga, Manpreet and the restaurant manager with blond hair and Prosper the helpful pool guy with wonderful smile.
