Good points Lovely staff, always helpful and friendly Cleaners very hard working, Room lovely Hotel and pool area very clean Partner disabled and they gave us a disabled sign to attach to a parasol and 2 beds at pool that was reserved for us for the whole of our holiday. Food nice but a bit repetitive Great location Not so good points. We had a swim up room that was overlooked by another hotel recently opened. We had no sun on pool and lounging area until around 10am and was gone by 1pm so spend most of the time at the main pool as with no sun swim up was really cold. We used the pool 3 time in the 10 day stay. On the last evening we were told that due to the owner having a private party and using the restaurant we would have to use the all inclusive plus area outside the hotel for the evening. The food was cold, only beer, wine and soft drinks available (no spirits). Many of us moved back to our hotel but drink service was slow due to most of the staff working for the private party and at the other outside hotel. Also an adult only hotel and children from the private party were running around between us all. Entertainment not great, We had a great holiday but for how much it cost was very disappointing

Location wise, the hotel is conveniently located to shops, bars, restaurants, and a nice stroll away from the centre of Ayia Napa, and next to a lovely beach, with clear waters. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and is modern, but for me what lets it down is the poor air conditioning. Upon arrival, I realised that my room was warm, so I contacted reception who promptly sent an engineer, who advised that it was reading between 23 and 24 degrees which was acceptable, I did ask if it could be cooler and I was advised no. The air conditioning unit looked about 20+ years old, so it definitely needs upgrading. I had no choice but to purchase a fan, as it was difficult to sleep in. Also, if you are a beer snob, like my husband you need to be aware that for the AI guests, there is only one beer choice, and you have to pay for the other beers, even the local produced Keo beer! This is was the theme of many conversations amongst the guests. There was a private party one evening and we were moved to the AI plus pool / bar area for food, overlooking the sea, which was nice, but the food was cold and left out in the sun, which was disappointing. I agree with the other comments about the staff, they make the difference, and do everything to make your holiday special. The evening entertainment is good, the Michael Jackson impersonator is something to see! These are my personal experiences and although I wished the air conditioning was better, we did have a lovely holiday.

Yet again I can tell u i really recommend this lovely hotel, perfect location beside the beach, modern and clean facilities, the staff are super friendly and professional. The food is excellent, top floor restaurant is stunning with amazing food, love the steak! Breakfast buffet has lots of variety to choose from and there's even a great section with traditional delicacies from Cyprus which is a lovely touch. Compliments to the chef!

This was our st visit to the hotel and on the whole we enjoyed it but I dont think we will return, the room is quite small and the bathroom tiny with little space for toiletries, some of the bedding had seen better days as the sheets were grey with fraying, air con was good . We dropped a plastic bottle on rhe floor and forgot to pick it up and it was left there for the remainder of the holiday but on the whole the room was clean. The food was ok, breakfast wasn't great as I didn't like the burnt bacon or cheap sausage so only went down a few days out of the 12 days we stayed for a omelette ( which was very nice) the a la cart lunch was very nice and had a wide range of food, the spaghetti bol was lovely and mu partner had pork chop 6 days in a row. The evening meal was nice wirh a good selection of food although it wasn't very hot but it's never very hot in a buffet style hotel, as a mobility scooter user the staff accommodated me very well, saving a easy access table and the fact that I didn't have to fight for a sunbed each morning( if you have a disability badge you can choice where to have your sunbed and its yours for the whole holiday) made that easy to do. Christina and saltani the waiting staff go above and beyond and work their socks off. The night b4 we left the owners had a private function so all the hotel guests had to move to the opposite hotel for dinner which was freezing cold and we could only have wine or beer for dinner which at a all inclusive hotel wasn't acceptable, when we went back to the hotel there was kids running around ( at a adults only hotel) my partner along with many other guests complained, the head receptionist was very professional and took his statement the next morning and has since returned the fee we paid for a late check out as compensation, which we was satisfied with. On the whole this is a nice hotel and I would recommend it to ppl it's just we have stayed in some nicer 4 star hotels and have been spoilt and it's a matter of choice. It's clean and functional could just do with a few tweaks x

Simply the best holiday we have ever had, so clean and comfortable and food was excellent throughout. The staff were polite, helpful and attentive.
