This was our first trip to Cyprus. The hotel was nice, small almost boutique. The rooms were modern and clean, always serviced well with nice towels. We were brought a fruit bowl and bottle of bubbly when we arrived in our rooms. We unfortunately didn’t drink it as we never drink in the room. However, a big complaint would be the lack of daily water. Something we would expect in all 4* AI hotels. Our room was overlooking the main road but it was very very quiet overnight which made a great nights sleep. Beds were comfy, bathroom compact but clean. The food was ok, a lot of choice though it was never very hot. The restaurant was crowded and the tables very close together, not easy to get up and down. The a la carte restaurant was lovely and nice to be served. Lunch is also served a la carte outside on the patio. Lunch was lovely and hot. Waiter service was slow and the queue to get your own order was often long. Drinks were ok, no slimline drinks apart from coke zero. AI had a nice selection, but the cocktails although handmade were very syrupy. There is no sunbed service however, the lady on the pool bar was friendly and efficient. As a jet2 customer our AI continued til we left having checked out at 11am. For me there are too many fixed sunshades. When the sun moved around people had to follow it which meant you were nearly on top of each other. Some collapsible umbrellas would be helpful. The entertainment was on overnight, though not always top quality some was very amateurish. There are many returning customers and the staff make a massive fuss of them. Some have been 20/30 times. Unfortunately to gain new returning holidaymakers the staff also have to engage with everyone else. Not once did we have anyone from management acknowledge us or enquire about our stay. The fuss made of returning guests was very over the top. A nice clean hotel, friendly staff, though not management. I have read previous rebuffs from management so expect a telling off for daring to be somewhat negative. Nice hotel, just not for us.

Stayed here for a week with my friend on arrival all good receptionist got us booked in for the Al a carte our first night as it was my friends birthday We had a double/twin sea view room on the 4th floor Room was adequate I would say plenty of room Bed linen although clean always looked a bit grey to be honest We were al inc plus which gave us access to the beach bar and pool The bar itself was really nice with great views of the beach but the pool area def not worth the extra it was just a vast space of concrete with no character at all it was like an after thought we preferred the main pool. I would say worth it if you like an Aperol or a Hugo it wasn’t a lot extra to be fair Food was really good in the main restaurant with Al a carte lunches every day Entertainment was good suited us as finished early apart from karaoke night (very noisy if you have a sea view room ) Special mention to mr dimitris he was one of the nicest there, we weren’t one of George’s favourites he seems to have them lol All in all a nice hotel but they could improve on the cleaning of the rooms and the beach pool area could be amazing with a little thought

This hotel was such an amazing experience. I'm autistic and really struggle with things needing to be the same. The staff were just incredible with it all. They bent over backwards to accommodate my food needs, with the chef making something for me that I could cope with. The staff knew which table I like to sit at and ensured I could. The staff remembered the little things, mum has coffee at breakfast and by day 2 the waiter was bringing her coffee without her being asked what she wanted. There were veggie options at every meal and different food themes daily. We had such a positive experience with every single member of staff. The whole hotel is very wheelchair accessible. There are beaches nearby with floating wheelchairs or seatracs. The evening entertainment was brilliant every night. There was always something different. However daytime activities weren't accessible for someone with mobility issues as they're on stage or in the pool. Thank you all so much for making our holiday so enjoyable. Every little act of kindness and consideration was hugely appreciated
