Tasia Maris Beach Hotel & SPA

Staff are very friendly and attentive, George is great and Sultani made our holiday very enjoyable, always a friendly greeting whenever we saw him around the hotel! Great location, not far from the beach and easy to get into aiya napa centre. Good entertainment but more variety would be better. Rooms are good, but daily cleaning could have some improvement Worth every penny paid, we will be coming back!

I chose Tasia Maris based on its positive reputation; however, I was deeply disappointed by the front desk service and the overall quality of the room. Reception & Service: Our stay began with a very cold and unprofessional welcome. As we arrived before the official check-in time of 2:00 PM, the receptionist simply informed us that we were too early. We were handed two towel cards and told we could go to the spa if we wished. There was no proper welcome, no orientation, no explanation of the hotel facilities, and no effort to make us feel comfortable. As the first point of contact and the “face” of the hotel, the reception should create a positive first impression. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Throughout our stay, the same receptionist appeared uninterested and distant, with no greeting or visible effort to engage with guests. Room & Cleanliness: We booked a Superior Room with Sea View. What we received was a room where the terrace was overlooked by large parts of the hotel, with only a partial glimpse of the sea to the right. When we tried to clarify this with the same receptionist, we were met with a very curt response: “Yes, that is the room you booked.” There was no explanation, no empathy, and no attempt to find a compromise. The room itself was rather basic and did not meet our expectations. Cleanliness was also below standard. Despite daily cleaning, the overall level of cleanliness remained unsatisfactory throughout our stay. The bathroom was very small and uncomfortable for two people, and it did not reflect the impression given by the photos on the booking website. Amenities & Comfort: Due to rainy weather, the room became quite chilly at night. No extra blankets were provided, only a thin bedsheet, and the air conditioning was not useful for improving the room temperature. Since we were not given any proper introduction to the hotel, we had to figure everything out ourselves. The Positives: The food was good and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The hotel grounds are well maintained, and the location close to the beach is excellent. The evening entertainment with music was enjoyable. The volume, especially during the bingo announcements, was unnecessarily loud, but it was not overly disturbing. Conclusion: A hotel’s reputation depends not only on its food and location, but also on service, room quality, and guest comfort. When guests are made to feel unwelcome and the room does not match the expectations created during booking, good food alone cannot make up for the overall experience. Due to the poor reception service, disappointing room quality, and lack of hospitality, I would not return.

This was a lovely hotel. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because the shower kept changing from burning hot to freezing cold without touching the dial. Also, we put a “do not disturb” sign on our door and we were still disturbed. That wasn't great, but the other parts make up for it and I would recommend others to stay (although if you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend as the funfair is loud and closed late). Simply ,THE BEST!!! Location-great,near the beach . Atmosphere,just perfect.George is something ,this amazing gentleman,i do not know what this hotel will be without him ,positivity ,laughter and joy in every corner of the hotel. Rooms -cannot thank enough the cleaners,every day our room was cleaned,clean towels. Great hotel,great staff ,great entertainment every night. Clean Quite Great service Close to shops ,restaurants ,clean beach.

Well we traveled with jet2 and what a disappointing experience !!! Don’t really know where to begin. Firstly don’t bother paying for All inclusive ultra a complete ripoff and areas not open as stated. Bar staff mostly great but one member of staff always late afternoon always dressed in black very grumpy and rude especially to ladies always questioning orders and saying they have to cut costs ( not what a guest wants to hear when they have saved and paid for a nice holiday ) Food just warm and tasteless, seemed to be very cheap cuts of meat which were inedible. Had to eat out a few days. The alacarte meal was excellent couldn’t fault it. This hotel always had an excellent reputation so what’s happened ? The hotel needs a complete refurbishment, around the swimming pool is dangerous surprised no one has cut their feet.This is not what you expect of a 4 star hotel. I certainly wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone . Iv come away feeling unhappy and not feeling as if Iv had a holiday.
