TUI BLUE Atlantica Aeneas Resort

We visited this beautiful resort for a week from 3rd May 2026 and have to say, it was absolutely wonderful. Every part of our experience was so pleasing from checking in right up to leaving. The staff are all very pleasant and really made our stay so welcoming. Hotel is very clean and extremely tidy. Our room had everything that we needed and it was cleaned every day with fresh towels left too. The food is great with a vast selection of everything at all meal times. The desserts are next level, not good for the waistline but absolutely irresistible 😋 I would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation and we hope to return next year.

Arrived late Thursday night check in swift an fast . I also sent an email asking if there when any upgrades and the hotel kindly gifted us a swim up room. Amazing , all staff polite ; and hotel is very clean breakfast an lunch very good will have dinner tonight I’m sure be fine , also the hotel is across the street from best beach in Cyprus can’t beat it book it thank u aneas

Fantastic hotel, excellent service, food is amazing and the staff go over and above to look after you and ensure you have the best time. A big thank you especially to Anna Kalleyia the guest relations manager whose customer service is amazing, along with Simon at the reception, Andrula, Stelios and Mustafa in the restaurant who greeted us and always made a big fuss of our Grandson Oliver age 4, they are very special people, also Abdul at the Papagio wet bar always smiling and what a great personality, always happy to serve us, he interacts with the guests and is truly a great member of your staff. Hotel has everything you need. First class! Would highly recommend. Will be returning again very soon.

The hotel is just across the road from what I think is one of the nicest beaches in Cyprus. Great walks along the beach front and the water park is very close. Friendly staff made the beds and cleaned the room every day and they replaced the tea and coffee daily. The entire resort was kept very clean and the staff worked well to clear anything away as soon as possible. Staff were seen brushing, mopping and spraying the tables with disinfectant all the time. The food was always on the cold side, but there was a wide selection of choice and it was of good quality. The staff bring drinks to your table which was nice and the range of deserts was fantastic. I also enjoyed the quality of the fish and the fresh made pizza. I felt the drinks were pretty standard, but the prosecco was very nice and we drank lots of it. The snack bar was fantastic and we loved that free ice cream was available all day long in multiple places. We also liked the two fresh orange press machines at breakfast. The gym was very well kitted out and we used the indoor heated pool every day. There are lots of life guards around the resort keeping an eye on the pools which makes you feel safe if you have children. Our only negative feedback is that the food was on the cold side and some of the meats were very well done and a bit dry at times. The TV in our room was very dated with no WIFI and it had no signal, so we couldn't watch anything if we had an early night in. We reported this 3 times at reception, but it was not fixed and we never had an update unless we went back to reception who then told us it was a problem with the satellite dish. Great hotel and would like to return if possible.

We had an overall pleasant stay at Atlantica Aeneas Resort and found it to be a good choice for a relaxing holiday. The resort is larger than it may first appear. Part of the property consists of two-story buildings surrounding the pool areas, while another section is a taller building where many guests seem to stay. This gives the hotel a slightly different atmosphere depending on where your room is located. One of the hotel’s main strengths is its excellent selection of pools. There are several different areas to choose from, and it is worth taking some time to explore the resort to find the quieter and more relaxing spots. At the same time, the atmosphere around the pools can vary depending on the mix of guests during your stay. The food was generally of a good standard, and with a little exploration it was possible to find enough variety throughout the holiday. The drinks were also good, although it is worth noting that not everything is included in the all-inclusive package. The hotel also offers three à la carte restaurants, but unfortunately these were fully booked throughout our stay despite several attempts to reserve a table through reception. Housekeeping was generally reliable, although we did have to remind staff several times to refill the coffee and tea supplies in our room. There were usually lifeguards present around the pools, and most of them appeared professional and attentive. However, we did notice one exception during our stay, where one lifeguard seemed repeatedly distracted and less focused on supervising the pool area than expected. This is something the hotel management may wish to review. The hotel is also conveniently located close to Nissi Beach, which is definitely a plus. In our view, however, the beach has lost a little of its original charm due to extensive development in the area. Overall, this is a good resort with many positive features, especially the pool areas, location, and generally pleasant atmosphere. With a little more attention to detail in certain service aspects, the overall experience could be even stronger.
