It was between a 4* and 3* rating as 3 seemed too harsh but 4 seemed too good. I ll start with the pros: Bar staff/cleaning staff/restaurant staff and reception staff (including TUI rep) were all 5*. I couldn’t fault any of them. Excellent service from all. The pool was great but soooooooo warm, bordering on hot!! I dislike freezing pools but this was honestly the other extreme. The beach isn’t private and is occupied by all the hotels and open to the general public so busy. It’s not 💯 sandy so quite uncomfortable navigating the stones and shingles to get in the water but the sea water was warm and clear and lovely to swim in. We did the relax and chill boat trip whilst we were there and it was fantastic for £35. One of the best boat trips I’ve been on. Crew were fantastic. Such an enjoyable morning. There is one pub and one supermarket within walking distance and that is it! Aqua classes daily were great. Entertainment at night, albeit it some weren’t great but overall entertaining and probably better than you get in most all inclusive hotels. Plenty of sunbeds and the cabana bed at 20 euros is an absolute must! Comfortable and you get a bottle of sparking wine in a cool bucket and a lovely fruit platter. Now the cons… Building work going on to the right and to the left of the hotel that we weren’t advised about so you hear it pretty much constantly. We were originally given room 11 on the ground floor (supposedly limited sea view) and it was extremely limited but worst point was it was directly opposite an apartment block that was undergoing a renovation literally across from our balcony. Horrendous. They started at 7am and went on all day with angle grinders etc. We asked to be moved and after 2 nights in that awful room we were moved to 427 on the other side which had an amazing view. Most of the rooms have baths. I slipped twice in ours and my partner slipped badly on one occasion too. They’re too narrow to stand in and the bath mat is a death trap. So beware!! It’s a TUI Blue so we were expecting great things from the buffet but were sadly extremely disappointed. Food was lukewarm bordering on cold sometimes. Def not what I would call TUI Blue standard. Salad bar was pretty good though. Went to the à la carte restaurant one night and again sadly disappointed. We were still chewing the calamari about 3 days later. We had a good stay and enjoyed ourselves but I wouldn’t return to this hotel.
A great relaxing time, our fourth time here. The spa experience was superb and well worth it. Great food and catered for our allergies. Super staff all round.
Visited the spa as a couple Excellent treatment we had Tereza and Giovanni as our therapists. I left floating and my husbands neck and shoulder pain disappeared. Well done 👏
It was amazing! I feel totally relaxed, like a baby! I would absolutely recommend it — 10/10! Tereza is such a lovely and kind lady, and her hands are like those of an angel!
Met all of the expectations, we are really satisfied with the experience, thanks to Tereza and Rania
