TUI BLUE Atlantica Sea Breeze

We visited this lovely hotel following a weeks cruise. We had room 334, a sea view room on the corner of the building overlooking the pool. The room was spacious with plenty of storage. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was of a good size. In our room we had both a coffee machine and kettle (coffee pods, tea bags etc refilled daily). Water is in a refillable bottle which housekeeping replace daily but a water fountain was on each floor. Food, we always found something to eat. The omelettes at breakfast were amazing. Different themed menus each evening saved on the same buffet choices each night. The culinarium is well worth the visit. Evening entertainment was good. There were plenty of daytime activities, all were listed on a board near the restaurant. The pool was quite large with plenty of sunbeds both around the pool and on the grass towards the sea. No 6am sunbed runs required here. It was our wedding anniversary during our stay so we decided to treat ourselves with a trip to the spa. A treat so good that we visited twice. Our first visit was a Cretan massage, a fully body scrub followed by a massage with olive oil. Our therapists Giovanni and Tereza were amazing. Giovanni even took time to show me some breathing techniques to help me relax. Our second visit was very relaxing, I believe it was the Apollo and Aphrodite massage, this used Aloe Vera. Once again Giovanni and Tereza were our therapists. Thank you!! All in all, we had a great stay. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Hopefully we’ll get to return

Fabulous place, staff are all so friendly, from the pool bar to the restaurant everyone had a smile on their face. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The spa was amazing. The massage's we had with Giovanni and Tereza worked a treat. The bus service just outside the hotel gets you where you need to go for just €2 and are very frequent.

The staff at the spa were very welcoming and helpful. I had treatments from Tere2a, who delivered excellent massages and facial. She checked how I would like the massage and made sure it was suitable during the treatment. I highly recommend a visit to the spa, it’s time and money well spent.

Staff in the restaurant were fabulous Warm & friendly & treated you like family, couldn’t do enough Sugar, Maria, Violetta & Gianni always went above and beyond showing genuine interest in us. A waitress referred to my husband as “Boss” and spoke to a new younger male staff member inappropriately calling him boy! Really not ok!!!! Food was really good for the first few days but then tapered off with the choice, however always found something to eat. Food always hot Service fantastic The dining room is extremely well designed Hotel is cleaned to a high standard Room was great, comfy bed, all good Sunbathing areas are great , so many beds no need to get up to reserve although there’s always the ones that do!!! The main gripes for us were: Music played far too loud in the day around the sunbathing grassy area and it was on repeat daily which was ridiculous Staff serving drinks around the pool & sunbathing areas were terrible They were lazy and appeared uninterested! We observed them numerous times every day walking around unmotivated but not asking if we wanted a drink. We had to go to the bar most of the time They rarely collected empty beakers It was very annoying as this was supposed to be part of the experience The drinks quality was poor Soft drinks were like carbonated water most of the time from the pool bar but top marks the environmental approach with no plastic waste. the cocktails were poor quality - like cordial in plastic beakers that definitely need replacing The slush machine was broken for the whole week we were there which was so disappointing as my favourite drink is Strawberry Daquari Service in the bar in reception was fantastic and drink quality too Beach is lovely and the sea is gorgeous just a minute walk to the right of the hotel. Enjoyed our holiday

2nd visit to this hotel unfortunately not as good as my 1st stay. Room was clean and tidy, staff was friendly in the hotel reception. Pool staff friendly and service at bar was quick. Dining room staff friendly and tables cleared quickly, breakfast was fine, lunch was not great it was the options available not to my taste, dinner was probably the worst we found not much again and very Random options. Best dinner was Sunday roast beef was fine and vegetables Yorkshire puds gravy. 2 options with it mash potato with garlic & ginger or chips went for the chips, barbecue outside was no where near as good as our previous visit did have a look but didn’t like the look of the food in all honesty. No problem getting sun loungers Hotel could do with refurbishment in some areas. Like my 1st review the hotel won’t blow you away but it’s still decent. Won’t be returning to this hotel again in Cyprus
