Vangelis Hotel & Suites

Perfect Location for bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, straight on the main strip and close to the beach. We absolutely love this Hotel and it just gets better and better each year. The rooms are spacious and clean and in some of them you get a fantastic view. This year we have been twice already the first time was with my daughter and her 2 children aged 6 and 9 years old, they spent most of the time in the pool but they loved the Children’s day which was organised by Gintare our favourite lady whose outlook on life is lovely. A few Chefs came down and helped the children to make and decorate their own Cookies which were then baked and given back to them. Later some Mermaids come and sat by the pool so the kids could come and have their photos taken with them. The Entertainment on a night is the usual Children’s dancing then they do have some good evening entertainment. Plenty of sunbeds to go round, plenty of sun pool and pool area always clean. Food is a variety of things so there is always something for everyone. The bars are all great, there are 2 pool bars and at 5pm the entertainment bar is open. Would I recommend this hotel? VERY MUCH SO. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff everyone is just so pleasant

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks from 1st July and overall had a lovely holiday. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing we noticed was that the bed sheets weren't changed every day. In the warmer weather, when you tend to sweat during the night, it would have been nice if they were changed a little more often. The hotel is in a great location right on the strip, which is ideal for bars, restaurants and shops. The downside is that it can be quite noisy at night depending on where your room is located. The pool area was excellent, with plenty of sunbeds available, so there was never any struggle to find one. The staff at the pool bar were friendly and worked hard, and the snack bar was also very good. The entertainment was probably the weakest part of the hotel. It could have been better, especially during the day. More games and activities for guests of all ages would have made the atmosphere livelier. The games facilities also need some attention. The pool table was quite worn and the hotel would benefit from having a second table. The pool cues were in very poor condition, and the dartboard was in terrible shape with no darts available to use. The food was okay overall. Breakfast had a good choice and was enjoyable, but the evening meals could have offered more variety and been of a better standard. The drinks were mixed. The beer was decent, but the vodka wasn't great. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay. The fantastic location, friendly staff and good pool facilities made it a holiday we'd happily return to, even though there are a few areas the hotel could improve.

Had an amazing experience att Vangelis hotel. The pool bar was great. Rupesh and Hom are excellent bartenders and they learn you order in a matter off days. You'll feel right at home here and you'll be well taken care off. The drinks are just like at home, no shortcuts.

10/10! One of the best hotels in Protaras! Amazing food och amazing service by the whole staff. I truly recommend this hotel!
