Vangelis Hotel & Suites

Another stay is this gorgeous hotel. All staff are amazing. Special mention to Maria in the restaurant and Rukesh in the adult only pool bar. What a credit to your team they are. I hope to see them still there next year when we return for our 5th year. Food is always good especially in 'Rabola'

Hotel was amazing great location for the livly strip and even tho our room looked out onto the noisy strip our room was sound proof. Food was excellent lots of choice and so tasty, the desert looked like your normal average desert in a all inclusive but they were far more than the average they all tasted so much better with lots to choose from. Husband and daughter love a soup and there was a different home made soup everytime with warm crush rolls and lurpack butter. Snack bar done amazing toasties, salads rolls chips etc and there was fruit and drinking water machines available all around the hotel.😋 both pool areas were fab entertainment great and tye kids club we hardly seen our 10 year old all day lol the staff couldn't do enough for us they were so friendly and attentive. Hotel was immaculate and smelt amazing everywhere public toilets were constantly being cleaned our room was so nice spacious and modern we stayed in the junior suite with the free standing bath was a lovely touch 👌 We have stayed in over 40 hotels around the island due to living in cyprus for the past 4 years and this hotel is alot better than most 5 stars we have stayed in would definitely recommend this hotel and we can not wait to go back! Thank you all at vangelis for making our short stay such an amazing experience ❤️ we are currently looking to book to come back next month. 😀

We recently got married in Protaras, and we chose Vangelis Hotel & Suites to host and accommodate around 100 of our guests. We booked well in advance, and the value for money was fantastic. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained — I didn’t notice any mess throughout our stay. The housekeeping team were constantly cleaning, even down to the windows, and keeping all the surrounding areas spotless. The pool facilities are excellent and were a big reason we chose Vangelis. It offers a great balance, with an adults-only pool for those wanting a quieter environment, and a family pool for guests with children. The layout makes it easy for parents to relax with a drink while keeping an eye on their kids. The location is also ideal — close enough to the main strip for nightlife, but still perfectly suited for families wanting to enjoy the mini disco and a more relaxed atmosphere. The beach is just a couple of minutes away, with plenty of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. We absolutely loved the Vangelis and will definitely return — hopefully for every anniversary going forward. It was the perfect hotel to host our guests, and the staff were amazing. They helped organise welcome drinks and reserved an area by the snack bar for our group, and also accommodated late checkouts where possible, which made a big difference. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the whole team at the Vangelis for helping make our wedding week so special. Also the spa is amazing for anyone wanting treatments.

The hotel and rooms are of a good standard but there were some niggles. The food was well cooked but bland and there was not much choice. The drinks were slightly better than average for all inclusive. I have some mobility problems and access to the pool is not good. The steps into the pool were awful. The bottom rung (of two) was only 300mm below the surface . Another rung is needed. I had to go around to the 600mm children’s section to get out. Also for some reason there was no replacement pool towels for a week. And we could only change them, if they had any, every other day. There are water stations dotted around the hotel to refill water bottles . We had to carry a large water bottle all day and also take it back to the room. A hotel claiming to be 4star should have. Water replenished every day in the rooms. We have stayed in Protaras twice before at another hotel and found prices there if we had rebooked would have saved us almost £1000. We were part of a large group numbering 21. All have said they would not stay there again. The Hotel is convenient for the nightlife but we would prefer to be in Pernara
