Aminess Laurel Khalani Hotel

This hotel is new and updated but the service is terrible. The front desk team cannot help with requests and suggests you email the corporate office. The corporate office takes a week between responses leading to no resolution of any issues or concerns. I ended up paying for 2 rooms, although I only booked one and the hotel would not assist. The customer service is very poor and that made the experience poor. If you care about having a nice experience, I would recommend staying at a different hotel

We recently spent 12 nights at the Aminess Laurel Khalani Hotel and would especially like to recognize the outstanding commitment of the hotel’s Guest Relations Manager, Ante. What impressed us the most was the way our feedback was handled. Ante took the time to meet with us personally, listened carefully to our concerns, and genuinely cared about making the rest of our stay as enjoyable as possible. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a real difference and showed exactly what exceptional guest service should look like. We would also like to give a special thank you to the Kids Club team. The girls there do an amazing job every single day. They are incredibly kind, caring, and full of energy. Our children absolutely loved spending time there, and it allowed us to relax knowing they were in such good hands. The friendliness of the entire staff and the personal attention we received made us leave with a very positive feeling. Experiences like these are the reason guests return. A heartfelt thank you to Ante and the entire Aminess team for your hospitality and genuine care. We are already looking forward to seeing you again next year.

We first stayed at the Aminess Laurel in September 2024 and we had a few little niggles. My husband has allergies and we found it difficult to obtain a list of the allergens in the restaurant, the service around the pool also wasn’t what you’d expect for 5 stars but we did love the hotel and resort so decided to book for June this year for our 40th wedding anniversary. I have to say all these things seem to have been addressed. The allergen list was in various areas of the restaurant, we found the food very good and all very hot and fresh, so much so that we didn’t eat out that much. We loved our breakfast sat relaxing with our coffees, not sure what the reviewer meant about the noisy waitress as we found all the staff efficient outside. The service around the pool was also very good this time the two main waiters were all around pool taking orders and clearing quickly after we had finished. We also found the towel men very nice (I’m not really sure what people expect) . We had a meal in the rooftop restaurant for our anniversary it was lovely and the sunsets are amazing up there. We had lots of drinks there and found all the waiting staff lovely as was the restaurant manager and the cocktail waiter was amazing. We also went for lots of lovely walks and if you turn right out side the hotels there are lots of lovely beach bars. The sea and views are amazing. All in all we had a lovely time as did our friends who came to celebrate with us.

We had a fabulous stay at Aminess Khalani hotel. It was in a good location, lots of space. The food was great, lots of choice. I liked the drinks service around the pool. I thought our room was kept very clean and hoovered every day
