The hotel is right by the beach. It is 15 minutes by car from Diocletian's Palace. There's parking space in the street right in front of the hotel. It is on the seaboard and you can walk to plenty of shopping and dining options. Our room was modern, spacious and there was plenty of light. It had a balcony with sea views. The mattress was sturdy and comfortable. It had a mini fridge though no microwave. The bathroom had a shower and some toiletries. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the pool and it did not disappoint. Our son enjoyed it very much. It was a bit crowded but it was large enough. It is surrounded by crystal walls so we were able to see the sun set from the pool. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant but we did not use it. Breakfast was extraordinary. There were plenty of cold and warm options to choose from and quality was excellent. Staff was friendly. We asked in the bar for some ice and they had no problem giving us some.

Overall, it was a lovely full service hotel. Hotel overlooks the sea, has a wonderful pool and spa, and breakfast buffet included. It is located 15 minute drive from town with no shuttle. Must take Uber, bus, or walk an hour. The park beach walk across from the hotel is an added bonus. There are many rock, sand, beaches, restaurants, bike paths, playground, splash, splash pad, basketball, tennis & volleyball court. Cons – lots of construction to the south of the hotel. Try to get in the main building on high floor. Main sea side road is in front of the hotel and is very noisy. Restaurant and bars below can be very noisy also.

The Hotel is perfectly placed for great bars and the sea. Rooms are clean and comfortable the staff are very friendly and helpful. All the amenities were a great standard. Highly recommended staying here

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel left a bad impression. It concerned a wellness gift voucher that is valid for only 2 months, which I was unable to use within that period. I contacted the hotel to ask for a short extension, but there was no flexibility. The reason given was that the system automatically cancels the voucher after the expiration date. I understand that rules exist, but I believe that in situations like this there should be a bit more understanding, especially since the service had already been paid for in advance. This approach leaves a disappointing impression of how guests are treated.

We stayed as part of a group tour. First impression was that it was in a great location and new. Rooms were large as were the balconies. However upon further inspection there were cracks in the walls, some of the woodwork around doors was loose and breakfast was very minimal especially for a hotel this size (only 1 coffee machine?)! In addition we only had 1 bath towel and when we asked at reception they said housekeeping was closed and wouldn’t be able to help before 8 am the next day (we were leaving at 7:30 am). We had to dry off with bathrobes in the morning! Very poor customer service. Not a great impression and fortunately we only stayed for 1 night. On the plus side the rooms had an iron.
