Bluesun Hotel Elaphusa

Aquagim with Martom i Cristianom was great! Our teengirls loved it! What needs to improve is ant issue, Bonaca has serious issue with number of ants going to all rooms, one needa to close all windows at all time not to have ants in the room. We had Raid with us and killed all on balcony, it worked for 2 days only:( Breakfast was good, I would have liked some domestic purshutto and more cheeze options for 4 stars hotel. Ants are around pool area as well so daily cleaning is a must... Staf was helpful and welcoming. Location is great, beach and clean see... Highly recommend...

Full of young children, average food and all buffet, nice bedrooms , couldn’t get in the pool as filled with young kids all day Terrible welcome on arrival , unfriendly staff after a very long journey from London. Clean and lots of facilities including a gym and bowling alley. Wouldn’t recommend for kids over age of 11 .

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was truly excellent, and the reception team was very welcoming and professional. The food service was lovely, and the restaurant was very clean and beautiful. The animation team was absolutely fantastic — Sofia, Christian, Marta, and Misha were all amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. The bar staff were also fantastic and always friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area was beautiful, and we had such a lovely time there. I was very happy, and most importantly, my family and I had a great time together. It was our first time at this wonderful hotel, but definitely not our last! We are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so special! ❤️

This was our second year coming to Bluesun Elaphusa and there will definitely be a third! I live everything about this hotel- the rooms, the food, the staff, the atmosphere. It’s quieter than an all inclusive holiday to Spain but just as vibey. Plenty for the kids to do and Christiana from the animation team was a true delight – running table tennis and darts competitions.

My stay at this hotel was excellent in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with modern furniture and all facilities working perfectly. I would also like to give special thanks to the amazing animation team, who made my stay much more enjoyable and entertaining. They were always full of positive energy and did a fantastic job involving guests in activities and events in a fun and respectful way. A very special thank you to Misha and Sofia for their outstanding efforts, kindness, and professionalism. They created a wonderful atmosphere and made every day full of fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Their enthusiasm, dedication, and constant smiles truly deserve recognition and appreciation. They were one of the main reasons why my stay was so memorable. I was also impressed by the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the rooms, hallways, and common areas. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of food and drinks to suit different tastes. The hotel’s location was also excellent, making it easy and convenient to get around and visit nearby attractions. What impressed me the most was the management’s commitment to guest satisfaction and their attention to every detail. I felt comfortable, safe, and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would like to thank the entire hotel team for their exceptional hospitality and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I will definitely be coming back again in the future.
