This is a very relaxed hotel that gets most things right. Lovely grounds right next to the beach; lots of areas to sunbathe, sit in shade, relax, swim or hang out at the beach. As mentioned in other reviews the beach can get busy but there tend to be tables available to grab a coffee/drink that have a beautiful sea view. The one thing that really needs improving is the evening buffet. During the day there are plenty of water stations available; during the buffet they are removed which makes getting a glass of water unnecessarily complicated. As it’s just a buffet (and not a table service restaurant) having water available for self service would be an improvement to make.

Location is great, wonderful service and tasty food. Concierge was wonderful, we did a full day boat trip, nice way to spend a day away from crowd and to see nearby islands.

The staff are this hotel’s biggest asset. They are friendly, accommodating and visibly committed, even when conditions are demanding. The bar deserves a special mention — the cocktails are excellent, prepared with care and fully in keeping with the setting. The pool area is nicely laid out and comfortable for a full day. The one thing I would flag is the cooling in the common areas. The hotel is built around an open concept, which is appealing in summer, but when outside temperatures reach 38°C that concept reaches its limits — the lobby, corridors and dining room can get very warm. This is not a shortcoming in service, but a characteristic of the property that is worth knowing in advance if you are travelling at the height of the season. In short: a nice hotel, an excellent team and a good atmosphere. If heat is hard on you, plan your stay outside the hottest weeks.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful at all times, which really added to our stay. We upgraded to a [Placesroom] For 2+1 Seaside Placesroom3 Double Room With Limited Sea View And Balcony. The room came with great views of the ocean, and we had requested a higher floor, which was definitely worth it for the views. Another nice touch was the main glass elevator, which gave you some fantastic views of the surroundings and ocean as you travelled up to your floor. We opted for half board, and the buffet-style breakfast had a great variety of choices, ranging from hot food to pastries, yogurts and fresh fruit. The buffet-style dinner also had a fantastic selection of food, with plenty of choice for starters, mains and desserts. The presentation of the starters and desserts was particularly lovely and varied each night. One great added bonus was the €30 daily credit, which could be used on food or drinks at either the pool bar or restaurant if you didn’t want to have the buffet dinner. Even better, any unused credit carried over to the following day, which gave us plenty of flexibility during our stay. The pool area was also excellent. No matter what time we arrived, we were always able to get sunbeds together. The beds were really comfortable and well spaced out, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. We were also provided with beach towels, which was another great touch and meant one less thing to pack or worry about. The hotel also had a really cool games room, which was a great addition. It had a PS5, pool table and arcade games, making it a fun place to spend some time, especially if you wanted a break from the pool or beach. The location is lovely, right on the beachfront with direct access to the beach. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants very close by, making it really convenient if you want to explore the surrounding area or have a change of scenery. All in all, we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. We honestly couldn’t fault our experience and would happily stay here again.
