Visted as a family of 3 with a 10yr old. First time we've taken her somewhere without the usual kids club/water park type vibe. She had a great time mostly but I think got a little lonely from time to time while we relaxed in the gorgeous pool areas. Also, major issue with our first room. TERRIBLE smell of sewage for the first 2 days. Went to reception who advised that the rooms on that side of the hotel (overlooking the parking area/front of hotel) do have a bad smell when it's windy.... They offered another room to check which was better but having unpacked, we had to pack and move ourselves which was an inconvenience. Both gym areas are wildy hot. WILDLY. Advised they were air conditioned but aircon only works if doors are closed. However, the facilities there are very good. We had wanted to utilise some of the listed entertainment but we think that may have been over in the other hotel further down the beach. This wasn't explained to us though so we didn't end up using. An additional 45/60mins on the evening meal time would have been perfect. You're tied to the hotel during some prime evening time and I never got to catch a sunset from the lighthouse because of this. The 'flex' situation is brilliant though and a real perk to the hotel. I really enjoy this new style of hotel with more of a social aspect put onto communal spaces and would certainly consider visiting again.

We had a great time staying here. Everything was wonderful, and I could relax and enjoy my vacation. A special highlight was the amazing crew at the pool - they were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel with a fantastic location right by the sea. The staff were very nice and helpful, and we would especially like to highlight the waitresses Dragana, Antoanella and Branka, who always greeted us with a smile. An extra big thank you to them for also helping us celebrate our friend's 50th birthday and making the celebration extra memorable. The hotel was generally clean and tidy. The only thing we noticed was that the taps at the sinks in the ladies' toilet by the pool did not work all week, and that the shower at the outdoor spa could do with a little freshening up. Apart from that, we have nothing to complain about. We had a very pleasant stay and can highly recommend the hotel.

Lovely hotell, staff and atmosphere. Love the flexibility with "flex" to pay for food, drinks etc. All staff has been great so far, an extra shout out to Antonella that has been a wonderful waitress, helpful and kind!

Great view and pool facility. Food wasnt good, stressful when dining, staff came and interupted and wanted us to pay for drinks mid dining. A classic busy all inclusive hotel..
