Unfortunately, the hotel is not worth four stars and is too expensive for what you get. The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea, a beautiful beach and close to the city. Unfortunately, there is no shade on the beach, and renting two sun loungers and a parasol costs €35 per day for hotel guests. You also have to pay €10 per day for parking, if there is any space at all. They sent us to the grass next to the hotel and we paid the same. The staff is very friendly, but they do not solve the problems you complain about. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean, but the furniture is old (also broken) and there is only one socket(plug-in) in the whole room (unless you unplug the TV or fridge). In the evening (between 6 and 8 pm) the water was almost not running and it was difficult to take a normal shower. The food is average, otherwise you always get something good, but the choice is below average for a 4 star hotel, not to mention very poor selection especially for vegans or allergy sufferers, e.g. you have to ask specifically for gluten-free. The food was also mostly cold, as it cooled quickly on trays without heaters. There was a shortage of sparkling water and other sparkling drinks for two days. Also, deep cups and certain cutlery ran out every morning and evening, so we had to wait for them to be washed… In short: Despite the good location, the hotel is definitely NOT WORTHY of 4 stars and is absolutely TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get.

On reading the reviews for this hotel we were dreading our holiday, but the hotel has been great, with a large variety of food on offer (eg variety of fish, meats and vegetarian options), which is changed daily (see photos), the room we had was a standard room with a balcony, might be idea to ask for a sea view, this was a good size, as was the bed which was comfortable, there are no English TV programmes, the hairdryer is fixed in bathroom, so save on luggage; cleaners weren’t brilliant, changed the towels and quick make of the bed. Maria on reception is excellent, she sorted out our transport from the airport (via a call prior to arrival) and gave accurate details of useful buses to take us back, if you do come here make sure you fly in to Zadar airport (we flew into Split at a cost of €150 one way). The location was good for us, we wanted to chill and go for walks and the area is very picturesque, especially by the marina and beaches are shale but lovely clear water. The all inclusive drinks are mainly their own brand and not cocktails as we know them, however the waiters and cooks work hard and are pleasant. I would say in early October it is ideal for people after a chilled and relaxing time, with children mainly around 3-10 year old. Nightlife is reduced at this time which suited us, but not for 20 plus wanting more activity. Internet is variable in bedrooms but very good in restaurant and reception areas. We had a lovely relaxing break, the pool was decent (changing rooms not great) and there were lots of spare sun beds. The weather was mainly sunny, around 18-20 degrees C. A lot of the local attractions closed at this time in Pag but we visited the salt museum and Novelja by bus, Antonio tours (local bus), who were very friendly and helpful

We were there during the May Day holidays because there is a good cycling destination. The room is solid, the cleanliness is OK. The room is too warm and it is difficult to regulate the temperature. The outdoor air conditioners are loud. The staff at the reception are friendly. The problem is for cyclists because they do not have a specially designated place to store bicycles. They did accommodate us and found an empty space, but it is busy in the summer. This is a big minus for the current times and for such a destination. We had the all-inclusive option. The afternoon snack is quite poor, the buffet selection of food for main meals is not even close to the level of a 4-star hotel. The dishes are served only on ceramic trays that are not exactly heated to 60°C (if at all) and the food gets cold very quickly. Most of the time we had to eat cold meat and side dishes (potatoes). It is inconceivable that such a hotel does not serve dishes in dishes that are in hot water. The food is mostly quite tasty, but this is not enough for a good rating. The kindness of the staff in the dining room below the level. The beach is very beautiful but it is unclear why some trees are not planted for natural shade. There is more than enough space.
