Aminess Lume Hotel

We loved the seaside spot, where we could swim and sunbade, there were always some available spots at any time during the day, and the hotel provided towels for this use. That was fantastic. We loved this one lady in the reception, she was so welcoming and helpful all the time. The room was okey, it had a comfortabel bed, old but okey bathroom with both shampoo and soap that smelled good. The roomservice always looked after that we had enough toiletpaper and the towels were canged when you wanted, thats nice when there is saltwater and sunscreen involved. They had a big gym, and we used it every day. The equipment were old, but almost all of it could be used. The maths was good. The floor and apparates had a smell of old use, but the aircondition in the room worked well on that. I lovet the book corner they had. Minuses was: There was no tea or coffee option on the room, and the fridge could hardly be called a fridge. They had a lot of options to rent, but everything was a bit too expensive. Food and baroptions as well, too expensive for the quality. The breakfast was a buffeet thad did not have a lot of healthy options, an tasted almost nothing. We tried the dinner once as well, and the same goes for the food there. So our conclusion is that this place is to expensive for the quality you get. But the location was fantastic.

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed it. The proximity to the sea is wonderful. Room etc was all as it should be, self service dining room was good with range of good quality food. We would return.

The hotel is excellent and so is the staff. Food and accommodation at a decent level. The complaint is the hotel's beach and the arrival of people who are not hotel guests. They use umbrellas and sunbeds for free, occupying them all day, so there is often no room for hotel guests.

Among our 11 day, 10 night Croatian family holiday, my wife and I enjoyed 3 nights alone in this gem of a hotel. Situated at the opposite end of korcula island, away from the old town, it was exactly what we needed. This hotel overlooks the Adriatic Sea and looks reminiscent of lake Como or lake Garda . Clean, relaxing, great service, and food, with 3-4 restaurants within walking distance. If you want to just clear your mind, look no further. Bear in mind there are no Ubers on Korcula island, and as such taxis are very expensive. Expect one way to ride to cost 40+ euros. I rented a car (D&S rent a car) which gave us freedom to visit the old town (a must) The food in the hotel was delicious ( plentiful breakfast options) and lunch was great - delicious grilled squid

Friendly staff, beautiful location, good rooms. Incredible views from the balcony and lovely clear waters. The village is right by the side of the hotel and there are a few nice restaurants and bars with 5 min distance. Also close to some bike trails
