TUI BLUE Kalamota Island Resort

The location is amazing-the promotional photos definitely do it justice (in fact it's hard to capture how beautiful the setting is). Pool-beach-restaurant-bar (repeat). The atmosphere is relaxed and chilled. Most people are all inclusive but it's very civilised and good mix of nationalities. We had a junior suite and it was excellently positioned with a beautiful view over the bay. Bed was very comfortable (Queen size) and all mod cons provided. The air-conditioning was great- very effective. Very quiet at night- no noise disturbance at all. Although it's a premium price, you do feel like you get very good value for money (especially in terms of all inclusive) and we certainly wouldn't reduce the board when we stay again. The hotel is very well maintained and the room cleaning team are amazing (coming back to a spotlessly clean room every evening is a great treat!). The pool is great and has lots of loungers. There are activities that run through the day and into the eve ing (led by Aleks and TJ - kudos to both for their enthusiasm, work ethic and energy). Water polo, water aerobics and the silent discos were a particular favourite but the evening bands in the main bar were also very popular. The staff are great- very helpful, efficient and professional. The hotel front desk team is really accommodating and makes things very easy for you (they arranged a private transfer for us, to and from the hotel and gave access to showers / changing rooms after check out, as we had a later flight). One of our best holiday experiences and we will definitely be back!

The island and resort are a breath of fresh air for holidays. Second year the island seems even more beautiful, staff and food is always excellent. Good mix of people staying. If you want a relaxing get a way with natural beauty and the chance to explore. This is the resort for you.

Located at the Kalamota island, which you can go by local Jadrolinija ferry from Gruz port Dubrovnik (20minutes). Nice peaceful island without cars. Take the all-inclusive, since there are only few restaurants in the island. Drinks were really nice, cocktails, beers etc. Food was okey, but it was the same, no variety. Located at the beach, but the beach is not private. Gym was really small.. a lot of activities, nice pool. Staff was nice, and you can barrow a pool floatie from the reception. We had villa 5, which a lot of stairs uphill, bit silent. Not new rooms, but clean.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and, as a same-sex couple, we were a little nervous before we arrived. We really didn’t need to be. Every member of staff made us feel so welcome, and their kindness made our stay even more special. A special thank you to Patricia, whose bubbly personality brightened every lunch and dinner, and to Stefani, who should hopefully be receiving her Spanish flag very soon! They both went above and beyond and are a real credit to the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. There were plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the day, I especially loved the water polo! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the food was consistently fresh, varied, and catered for everyone. We had an amazing honeymoon and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for helping make such a special trip so memorable!

Came here for my honeymoon and it was perfect couldn't ask for more. Food was incredible staff are amazing (Patricia and Stefanie took good care of us) Some beautiful views around the island its a definite must for couple destination
