Family Hotel Lisanj

Our third time staying in this hotel and our espression is that its gets beter every time.Food is great,staff is super friendly especialy girls who do kids animation.Our son is 9 Years old and he loves to be here,we will be back next year for sure.

We had a wonderful stay here, and the weather was surprisingly brilliant! We planned to stay indoors most of the time and found they have a kids club, disco, large indoor playground, multiple pools, but we also got to experience the outside too. Food and everything was brilliant, tons of choices, even for kids and babies! This is my favourite Holiday place I've ever been too and I highly recommend it to anyone travelling with a family. The staff are very pleasant and everything is cleaned often. 10/10 ! Would stay again (coming back next June so)

We stayed at this hotel in July and had a lovely overall experience. It’s a great choice for families – the staff and animation team are very friendly and truly make an effort to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The food was another highlight – varied, tasty, and suitable for both adults and children. The hotel is mostly stroller-accessible, which is very important for families with young children. However, reaching the main outdoor pool with a stroller can be a bit inconvenient. Due to stairs, you either have to carry the stroller or take a significantly longer route around. So while it is possible, it’s not the most comfortable for families who rely heavily on a stroller. There were two things that bothered us during our stay. The first was smoking – unfortunately, we were unlucky that the guests in the room below us were heavy smokers of very strong cigarettes, and the smell would drift into our room each time they smoked. This isn’t necessarily the hotel's fault, just bad luck – but still unpleasant. The second issue is something I believe the hotel could improve: the service and facilities at the main outdoor pool. We stayed during the third week of July 2025, and the pool bar was mostly closed. When someone was available, only beer and a very limited selection of cocktails were offered – no juice for children or simple non-carbonated soft drinks. I believe a wider selection and slightly more affordable prices could increase both guest satisfaction and sales. Regarding infrastructure: the number of sun umbrellas is not proportional to the number of sunbeds, and several umbrellas were broken. The pool area itself is also in need of renovation and does not match the otherwise beautifully renovated hotel. That said, we were overall very satisfied with our stay and truly enjoyed our vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is nice just for the family that does have small children, so they can leave the kids in the playground, the fact that animation team is poor, have no animation after 8.. they close everything for the kids ao you can go just to sleep ... The only thing that is good ist the food.. but the fact that you have just one hour to eat lunch. I would not go ever again to that hotel.. oohh almost forgotten,that the cleaning ladies have knocked ten minutes at 7 that is time yo clean, so you pay, hang at the door do not disturb ticket 🎫 and they still keep knocking untill the whole family is awake. So bee my guest they wouldn't see us again, ohhh and that you need to go out from the hotel to enter the sauna and wellness,where the kids and the families uses the relaxing pool for swimming.. so no peace at all..

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days with a baby aged 1 year and 10 months. The hotel is nice and tidy, the balls at the entrance are a real treat for children. The rooms are spacious and tidy, the pools are clean and there are enough sun loungers. The beach is close. The bed is extremely comfortable and the view is beautiful. The food is plentiful (we had all inclusive light, which includes food and drinks, wine and beer during meals) and very tasty, but after a few days you realize that the same dishes are repeated (the last two days there was no variety of fruit, for example, there were no bananas). A very large number of high chairs for small children. Everyone is very kind, the hotel is ideal for slightly older children, the animators are excellent. However, the cleanliness of the room is by no means at the level of a 4-star hotel. Our room was cleaned every other day, we replaced the beach towels once after I asked the gentlemen in the hallway. Cleaning the room was limited to making the bed, dirty dishes, etc. They did not touch or clean the toilet. The balcony was cleaned once in 7 days. The child pulled dust and dirt out of the holes. Also, the hotel is by no means suitable for baby strollers. to get to any pool you have to go down stairs, narrow metal stairs, which are not even suitable if you are carrying a baby, let alone for a stroller (p.s. you can go through the restaurant and exit the restaurant, go down to the beach and reach the pool with only one small step). around the pool is quite untidy, a lot of dirt and garbage that doesn't get out of the way, so it becomes slippery and gets stuck in children's hands. The sunbeds on the beach are paid for by hotel guests, so they are empty. entering the sea is also unsuitable for children, because the steps are not cleaned of grass and algae, so they are very slippery. The restaurant lacks dishes for children, considering that it is a children's hotel, it would be fine if there were the same. All in all, the hotel may deserve a 4-star rating, but not a family hotel.
