Beautiful location, Pula Airport was great, very easy and quick to get through security and we were greeted with a private transfer. Hotel staff at Girandella family were very friendly and helpful - Excellent service from everyone we interacted with. Our room was very clean and had everything we wanted. There were 3 of us, 2 adults and 1 child (12y) and we felt the room was on the small side for us but we managed. We were all inclusive but were disappointed that you could not get your all inclusive drinks at all of the bars, didn’t make sense. The food was good but it was very repetitive, could have had more variety of international dishes. The water glasses were on the small side, could have had more larger glasses. We found the hotel very quiet, the hotel was not at full capacity and there were plenty of sunbeds so need to reserve these. The family pool was lovely and not too deep. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The location was excellent, lovely small beaches which we had access to from the hotel and Rabac was only a short 20min walk away. Very nice area with restaurants, shops and there was street music too!

Sundqnce beach bar is the best in the town
We stayed at the Girandella Adults-Only section as a family of four with our adult sons (aged 19 and 23) and had a wonderful experience. The Rooms: Very clean, spacious, and offered plenty of storage. The shower had great water pressure, and the centrally controlled air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature. Having a fridge and a safe in the room was also very convenient. Breakfast & Dining: Breakfast was lovely with a fantastic variety, served until 11:00 AM. Specialty coffees (like lattes and cappuccinos) and prosecco/cava were included, though fresh juice is an extra charge. The staff were super friendly. For lunch, the sandwiches from the adults-only pool bar were tasty and great value for Rabac. We also really enjoyed our lunches at Sundance Beach Club and Olivia Grill. Pool & Beach: The two adults-only pools were beautiful, perfectly heated, and never overcrowded—we never had an issue finding a sunbed. The beach is just a two-second walk from the pool. Sunbeds are free on the beach section directly opposite the adults-only area (note: you may be charged if you move to other sections). The water was warm and crystal clear; it’s a rocky beach, so definitely bring beach shoes! The sea was calm in the mornings and got a little rougher in the afternoons. Activities & Entertainment: The entertainment and activity team was fantastic. We took advantage of the included 3-hour hike, bike ride, and kayak tour (just be sure to book the bikes and kayaks in advance). There were also 3 to 4 exercise classes daily. In the evenings, we loved catching the live music at the Lobby Bar—the staff there were incredibly friendly. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing yet active getaway!
