Worse Holiday I have ever been on We arrived to be shown a map of the Hotel and where the receptionist circled where we were allowed to go. We felt we were classed as 2nd Class citizens. We went we get a Drink at the Sundance after a long journey i asked for 2 Pina Colada and was told that we had to pay. We were told to go to a room that was blacked out as it was also the Games Room for a Drink The drink was disgusting made of syrup The only drinks in the AI were Wine Beer I do not call that AI Getting on to the food, i honestly could not belive what i saw Brussel Sprouts in Tomato Sauce We had to eat out twice in our weeks stay a cost. We went to sit on the Beds at the Sundance bar to be told that if we did not spend 100 euros we had to move. Had to pay for the Children to use the Inflatables Entertainment ? A women singing in the bar which is situated on the road. The Train that took us to Rabac was 12 Euro each way, The holiday cost us enough without paying for extra meals out and train fares. Keep well away, Make sure you have your comfy shoes as it is so spread out

It is our third time here, and every time me and my couple come here, we feel like home - such a warm atmosphere, high professionalism and kind, helpful attitude from everybody. Big respect to the team of waiters at Rebelle bar (especially to Silvija and Smiljana) for doing everything to make us feel happy and well-taken care of. Tasty food, fresh and well-prepared. Big thanks to our room maid Leila for keeping the room crystal clean and tidy, Dino at the reception for fast reactions to any problem or question , and literally everybody doing their best to please customers and make us enjoy our holidays.
