Albatros Makadi Club

Just returned from 11 nights stay at Albatross Makadi club the hotel was excellent staff very friendly + knowledgeable food was very good especially the steak house .Unfortunately while there my husband wobbled on his ankle no fault of the hotel the staff were concerned + very helpful towards him as he needed a wheelchair to get around special thanks to the manager Mustafa who could not do enough for us he was very helpful + accommodating to our needs also our housekeeper Ibrahim (hopefully correct spelling) was very friendly + excellent kept the room plenished + tidy we were in room 3159 pool attendants were also very helpful + friendly we definitely be back

This hotel had many good points which I will start with... 20x pools! Vr room Very good staff Very clean 👌 Night entertainment good My negatives - the pools need their own toilets... even if this is just a small block each...having toilets so far from each pool is not ideal... same with bar for pools.. each each needs a bar, even if just a small one.... The onsite shop the "market" (general convience store) is over charging and ripping off the guests, items are not labeled, when you take to the till they are ringing up and presenting the tap card...i asked how much my e-cig was to cost (a cheap disposable type), he mumbled £ 13 but then it was £30! On checking bank...he refused to refund or exchange... the mrs also got over charged on water pistol and plastic ball at £17 total... they need to be corrected on this! The sunglasses shop however was great, 10 euro for a pair on sunglasses for my son was appreciated All in all it was a very good hotel , but needs a few improvements... also just to add, not a British hotel at all , I didn't really see any other brits, mostly Russian and Arabic... which of course fine, but just so people are aware on crowd.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. All the staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mohamed Abdel Hamid from the Front Office for his outstanding hospitality. From the very first moment, he handled the check-in process quickly and efficiently, and he responded promptly to all of our requests with kindness and professionalism. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you all for your excellent hospitality. I look forward to staying here again.

The Food is Good the Entertainment Are okay They habe Good Show everynight Night so the Service Are okay but the Spa Are so Bad .

It was a very very fine, friendly and excellence Service at the Beach Bar and Restaurant Paella. Haytham Elsawy and Ali Maher was a very friendly and super Team. It was all Perfect.
