Nice hotel had an amazing holiday , food is great and the entertainment is amazing they did great job with nice costume and performer

Stayed here April of 2026. When we arrived in the evening we along with 4 other people were taken to our respective room by a member of staff taking the suitcases on a trolley. Of course once there he showed us the rooms and as you'll find while staying here it "deserves" a tip. The room was quite nice with a decent bathroom & good shower. The bed was quite comfortable too with bedside lamps either side. There is a TV (which we never used) but 90% of the channels are in German. WiFi is very much hit & miss but we were lucky enough to pick it up because we were near the pool. Talking of the pool, we sat next to the smaller one. It was heated during our first week but not so our second. There were plenty of sun beds but people were out early (sometimes 06:00) to place towels on their favourite beds so be aware. The other pool was quite big and almost daily the brilliant entertainment team including Kenzie a great Welsh lad & Mano did water aerobics which was quite fun. The food was acceptable with varying dishes each day. Breakfast had omelette, pancakes etc and plenty of fruit which we enjoyed. There were lots of Germans there and as per the norm they thought they owed the place especially the way some (just some) dictated to them. In all this is a nice hotel with very friendly, with some helpful staff
