We had an amazing stay at Arabella Hotel! The food was delicious and varied, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the service was outstanding. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A very special thank you to the animation team for their incredible effort, positive energy, and fun activities every day. You made our holiday more enjoyable and created wonderful memories for us. Thank you for your hard work , enthusiasm, and for always making us smile! We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to visit again.

Overall, this was probably one of the best holidays we’ve spent in Egypt. It’s true that the hotel is older, which shows in the furnishings, but the attitude of the staff, the animation team, the location of the hotel, and the house coral reef fully make up for it. Rooms: 5.0 Service: 5.0 Location: 5.0 Hotel highlights: Great view · Excellent value Rooms: We booked for 4 people and received a room with three beds. They immediately told us that one of the beds could be converted into a bunk bed and that they would come and set it up. We could have requested another room if we wanted, but this one suited us because it was in a very good location. Activities nearby: If it’s the Red Sea, then of course snorkeling and diving are a must. The Al-Mina Grand Mosque is worth visiting. There are many organized programs available, so everyone can find something they like. Safety: We did not experience anything negative. Walkability: Dahar and Sakkala are just a few minutes away by taxi. You can find everything you need in the surrounding streets. It’s worth looking for shops in the smaller, hidden streets. Food & drinks: It’s often said that the food is always the same. This is partly true, but if you don’t try to eat everything at once, you can always find something tasty. There was something special every day. Very delicious fruits, fish, beef, and at lunch there were even two kinds of soup every day. Noteworthy details: The hotel has two beaches. The larger one is better for swimming, but next to the smaller one there is a beautiful house reef. The animation team is very good. Zain always brightened our day. Mido on the beach was the first who speak with us longer. Was at our disposal throughout. I don't remember his name, but our cleaning staff very help full and attentive. Tomas and Mohammad in the pool bar served us before we asked. The staff accepted tips if given, but they were not demanding at all. I really appreciated this after negative experiences in previous years.

Hotel slightly dated but what a fabulous hotel. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. Especially the bar staff David, Mohammed, Tomas. Reception manager and entertainment team. Always helpful nothing to much trouble. Can not wait to go back in September. Food lovely, the best beach and views. All round great hotel
