I honestly can't remember how many times I've visited this wonderful place, but every time I come back, I'm amazed to find that it has become even better than before. From the security staff and the bellman who welcomed us, to Ms. Maryam at the reception and Mr. Ahmed, the Administration Manager, everyone was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. Special thanks to Ismail and Emad from the Housekeeping team. The rooms were spotless and sparkling clean every single day. Many thanks to Executive Chef Mohamed Sultan and all the chefs from every section. The food was outstanding, delicious, and offered a great variety every day, including seafood, beef, chicken, and vegetarian options. The pizza served during the snacks and dinner was absolutely amazing! Special thanks to Mr. Emad, the Restaurant Manager, who was always walking around making sure every guest was happy and had everything they needed. (We missed Mr. Gomaa!) Thank you to all the restaurant staff for your excellent service. A big thank you to all the bartenders at Al Khan Bar, Main Pool Bar, Reef Bar, and Beer Killer Bar. Every bar in the hotel was staffed by true professionals, and the service was always excellent. Special appreciation goes to the cleaning staff for keeping every corner of the hotel perfectly clean. Thank you to the Hotel Manager, whom I saw every day personally walking around the property, supervising everything and making sure all guests were enjoying their stay. Finally, a huge thank you to the amazing animation team, Panda Entertainment. You truly made our vacation unforgettable with your entertaining activities and shows throughout the day. I came here with low expectations but i guess my low is their big thing they could offer ! 1.Very critical the guardians life , they have some borders for the coral reefs but they dont specificate if you have to swim in or outside the bordes , they yellowed at me and gave me 200 euro bill for geting inside the coral lefs!2 . The alcohool is very cheap and no taste at all , i get sick me and my wife because of the pizza bar ! Got in hospital for 1 day ! 3. You can t jump in the sea and cannot swim after 18:00 , or they will give you 200 euro bill , this thing with no swimming after 18:00 isn t written anywhere ! 4. If you are not aware and focus , when you order at the pool bar a glass of drink they will give you one full half and they complete from the bottle ……. ( toxiinfection ) 4. If you give no tips they don t look at you , and they try to hummiliate you if you don t know something ! So for us was a terrible expericence

We had a fantastic holiday at Arabella Azur in Hurghada and would happily return. The hotel has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with beautiful grounds and stunning views of the Red Sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and hardworking, always making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food offered plenty of variety, and there was always something for everyone in our group to enjoy. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. One of the highlights was the hotel’s location, with great access to the sea and excellent snorkelling opportunities right on the doorstep. The pools were also lovely and never felt overcrowded. Overall, we had an amazing time with friends, made lots of great memories, and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you to everyone at Arabella Azur for a wonderful stay!

Good morning program..we like every day differend show

Overall, this was probably one of the best holidays we’ve spent in Egypt. It’s true that the hotel is older, which shows in the furnishings, but the attitude of the staff, the animation team, the location of the hotel, and the house coral reef fully make up for it. Rooms: 5.0 Service: 5.0 Location: 5.0 Hotel highlights: Great view · Excellent value Rooms: We booked for 4 people and received a room with three beds. They immediately told us that one of the beds could be converted into a bunk bed and that they would come and set it up. We could have requested another room if we wanted, but this one suited us because it was in a very good location. Activities nearby: If it’s the Red Sea, then of course snorkeling and diving are a must. The Al-Mina Grand Mosque is worth visiting. There are many organized programs available, so everyone can find something they like. Safety: We did not experience anything negative. Walkability: Dahar and Sakkala are just a few minutes away by taxi. You can find everything you need in the surrounding streets. It’s worth looking for shops in the smaller, hidden streets. Food & drinks: It’s often said that the food is always the same. This is partly true, but if you don’t try to eat everything at once, you can always find something tasty. There was something special every day. Very delicious fruits, fish, beef, and at lunch there were even two kinds of soup every day. Noteworthy details: The hotel has two beaches. The larger one is better for swimming, but next to the smaller one there is a beautiful house reef. The animation team is very good. Zain always brightened our day. Mido on the beach was the first who speak with us longer. Was at our disposal throughout. I don't remember his name, but our cleaning staff very help full and attentive. Tomas and Mohammad in the pool bar served us before we asked. The staff accepted tips if given, but they were not demanding at all. I really appreciated this after negative experiences in previous years.
