⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Family Hotel – Amazing Service, Food & Atmosphere! We visited in July as a large family group of 20, including adults, teenagers and young children, and overall we had a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We arrived quite late, at around 11pm, but our rooms were ready straight away. They had even arranged for food to be waiting for us in our rooms, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long journey. Reception would also call our rooms to check that everything was okay and whether we needed anything. I found this amazing and really appreciated the level of care and attention. You could genuinely tell that guest satisfaction was important to them. Cleanliness The cleanliness throughout the hotel was one of the things that impressed me the most. There were cleaners constantly working everywhere – the rooms, foyers, restaurants, communal areas and around the pools. Floors were regularly being cleaned and the hotel generally felt spotless and extremely well maintained. Rooms Our rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the bathrooms were good too. The only small thing I noticed was that the shower glass could have been cleaned a little better, but otherwise we had absolutely no issues. We also happened to meet who I believe was the maintenance manager, who asked us personally for feedback about our rooms. I mentioned that I didn’t particularly like the toilet brush being visible. Later that same evening, someone came to our room with a new toilet brush! I thought this was fantastic. It really showed that they listened to feedback and acted on it immediately. These little thoughtful touches really stood out during our stay. Food & Restaurants The food was amazing! Normally, buffet food can become repetitive after a few days, but we didn’t find that to be the case here. There was a great variety of food across the different restaurants, so there was always something different to choose from. I particularly liked the dedicated counters for fresh fruit, vegetables and freshly made juices. The cleanliness in the restaurants was also excellent. Staff were constantly clearing tables and cleaning, and the floors were kept clean throughout. Considering how busy buffet restaurants can become, I was really impressed by how well everything was maintained. Pools The pools were spotless and there were lifeguards constantly keeping an eye on everyone. As we were travelling with young children, this gave us a lot of reassurance and allowed us to relax. Again, there was a lot of cleaning taking place throughout the day, including around the pool areas, and the floors were constantly being maintained. Entertainment The animation and entertainment team were amazing! There was so much on offer for both children and adults, which was perfect for our group as we had such a wide range of ages. There was always something happening and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was brilliant. The children had plenty to keep them entertained, while there were also activities for the adults. Beach The beach was lovely. We could see lots of fish in the snorkelling area, which was a great experience. There were also plenty of lifeguards on the beach, which again made us feel very safe and at ease, particularly as we had young children with us. Spa The only part of our stay that I felt could be improved was the spa. The spa could have been cleaner, as I noticed tissues on the floor in the massage room. Unfortunately, I also didn’t find the massage particularly good. The masseuse seemed to rely heavily on her elbows and I didn’t feel that much massage technique was being used. More concerningly, during the treatment it appeared that she may have been using her phone. I could hear what sounded like short clips being played or scrolled through, and she kept pausing during the massage. I found this quite unprofessional and it made me feel uncomfortable. As I was leaving the treatment room, I noticed her phone sitting on the counter, which reinforced my concern that it may have been used during my treatment. I want to be clear that I have no reason to believe she was recording me, and I am not suggesting that she was. However, having a phone present and seemingly being used during a massage, when a guest is in a vulnerable setting, made me feel uncomfortable. I feel this is something the spa management should address so that guests can feel completely relaxed and confident that their privacy is being respected. That being said, the spa experience was only a small part of what was otherwise a fantastic holiday. Overall Overall, we had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. Travelling as a family group of 20, ranging from young children and teenagers to adults, isn’t always easy, but this hotel catered for everyone brilliantly. What really stood out was the level of service. The staff were attentive, thoughtful and genuinely seemed to care about whether we were enjoying our stay. From having food waiting for us after our late arrival, to reception calling to check everything was okay, to acting immediately on our feedback – these little touches made a huge difference. The cleanliness, food, pools, entertainment, beach, safety and overall atmosphere were fantastic. Apart from the spa experience, which I feel could definitely be improved, we had a wonderful holiday and made some amazing memories as a family. A huge thank you to all the hardworking staff who made our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return and would definitely recommend this hotel to other families. ❤️

Bad service, waiting for 4 hours in reception and after No welcome drink, someone from staff reception ask us to wait inside anywhere except reception because of crowding. We are a family with 2 kids older are 12 years and one month so we reserved triple room no double- After 4 hours when taking to staff to complain of waiting he left us !!! Finally we went to room 3050 small double room , when i asked staff to check is this double room or triple they said will get another extra bed but there is no space for extra bed in room ( it will close the door for balacon ) After discussion they changed the room with another one triple that i reserved. Very bad experience with reception staff.
