We visit this hotel every summer, and it is truly exceptional in every aspect. The service, facilities, and overall experience are consistently outstanding. We would especially like to thank Hamade Khalifa for his professionalism, kindness, and dedication. He is always attentive, helpful, and goes above and beyond to ensure that every detail is taken care of. His genuine care and excellent service make our stay even more enjoyable each year. I was staying at the Pickalbatros resort (also a great resort) across the street and was going to the Beach resort for sunbathing, sea and fun when I was approached by the animation team on the very first day. I gradually got drawn into their world full of energy, beach fun and sports activities that significantly enlivened my stay in Hurghada. Thanks to them I was able to play volleyball, darts and games whose names I can no longer remember with other international visitors without having to find teammates or opponents. The evening programs were also fun and lively and worth a visit. Special thanks to Achraf, who has become very close to my heart, but also to the other members with whom I had the opportunity to spend some time. You are great and if anyone from the hotel management is reading this, please give them an extra bonus for their great work :)) Thanks.

My stay at Albatros Beach was excellent overall. The hotel is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Hamada, the Front Office Manager, for his kindness, professionalism, and exceptional support throughout my stay. I had a few concerns, but I truly appreciated how seriously the management took my feedback and their willingness to address it. This reflects their commitment to guest satisfaction. In my opinion, Albatros Beach is one of the few hotel groups in Egypt whose reputation truly matches reality. They genuinely do their best to satisfy their guests.
