BELLA VISTA HOTEL. I live in Hurghada for 6 years now. My family came over on holiday. I thought I would treat them to day use at BELLA Vista Hotel. I did message the hotel for a day use price but I did not get a reply. We decided to go anyway. I was quite shocked that they wanted 1200 eygption pounds per person just for sunbed use. But I paid it because we were there. The sun beds were all full so we spent the day in the Caribbean bar which you can enter for free anytime of day and night. The staff and services were excellent in the Caribbean bar. But regards paying 1200 Eygption pounds for nothing dont do it. Just go and eat and drink in the Caribbean bar. BELLA vista Management should be ashamed.

On arrival from the airport we were greeted as soon as we got out of the car and bags were taken in for us. Reception area was spotlessly clean and cool. Checking was very quick and friendly. And we were shown to our room by a member of staff who took care of all our bags and they were brought to our room for us. Room was spotlessly clean also, basic but with A/C. What more do you need. Ahmed the housekeeper was fantastic all week and could not fault his work. The food throughout the week was ok but I am fussy with food tbh but the food I did have was ok. Pool and beach really nice. Being a small complex compared to others in Hurghada the entertainment was limited but the staff put 100% into it and if the guests don’t get involved then it must be tough for them. Jade from the entertainment team was fantastic and tbh I don’t usually get too involved but she made me feel really comfortable and I did a morning stretch workout which was brilliant. ( my wife also thought the world of Jade) she got a little upset saying goodbye when it was time for home. Overall my first time in Egypt and the Bella vista was pleasant. But I would probably try a bigger resort next year.
