I had a great time at this hotel, staff are super friendly and welcoming and go out of their way, nothing is too much trouble. Jade and the rest of the entertainment team are great and get everyone involved in activities. Mustafá the room cleaner, amazing! Very friendly hotel with lovely staff

The hotel is perfect for family trips and has a lot of entertainment.

Do not use this hotel !!!! Staff are not friendly ,there is no way this is a 4* . Food is average . The reception manager "mohammed' is without the rudest man ive ever spoken to. The rooms are very basic .ive lived and stayed in hurghada for over 25yrs and ive never exepienced a holiday like this . ( they need a lesson in customer service

my experience what a 5 out of 5 and the room was really nice and clean the staff were really nice and great with the children and the food was very nice

The Hotel is very well situated rooms clean staff impeccable food was generous and tasty. The animation team were superb with regular dance, aquarobics, beach volleyball and darts. Our child was a bit old for the kids disco but we enjoyed the nighttime entertainment also
