Club Paradisio El Gouna

Great place to enjoy holidays with family and a very good animation team especially Katie from the kids club, great activities organized for kids !

The hotel is perfectly located with all the watersports facilities on the spot but it needs urgent renovations and upgrading!!! The food and drinks of low quality and the overall public similar... Spa treatments, excursions and extra activities offered at extremely high prices with no transparency whatsoever so you always feel cheated afterwards.

We enjoyed vacation there, the staff is really nice and heplful, especially katia from the animation team she is extremely nice and friendly, my kid loved her so much and enjoyed playing with her during the whole vacation

I simply cannot rate Club Paradisio in Wl Gouna highly enough, it exceeded our expectations. We went as a family with 2 teenagers and we all loved our stay. The hotel has space, the rooms are lovey and spacious, the food is outstanding but what really made the holiday was the staff - everyone was friendly, responsive, attentive and simply lovely. The animation team was wonderful and we all loved taking part in the activities such as water aerobics, water polo, darts etc. A special mention to Tof who was so engaging and spent hours playing water polo with our kids, and the rest of the team (Sam, Mimi, Ge, Joe) were wonderful too. El Gouna itself is a lovely place to walk around downtown and it comes alive in the evening. We went on a bicycle tour, went quad biking in the desert and went on a snorkeling trip where we were lucky enough to see lots of dolphins and even snorkel with them (go and see Mohammed if you are interested in such a trip). We felt very sad to leave and hope to be back. Big thanks to all the staff at Club Paradisio -we had a truly wonderful time there.

My Partner and I arrived on the 11th of April and are here for 10 days! As soon as we arrived we haven’t lifted a finger, the transfer dropped us off, the security looked after our bags and we checked in with reception staff who were so informative with our stay. They upgraded our room for free to in the middle of the resort, right next to the main pool and the absolutely amazing hotel entertainment staff. We arrived late evening and still had time for the buffet which has the most amazing selection and so much option from Meat to fish to so much selection of salads and desserts! During the day the Hotel has boards up with the schedule of the activities throughout the day with the amazing, lovely, friendly entertainment team. Mimi, Sam, Tof and Ge have the best upbeat vibe that brings everyone energy up, they make sure everyone is included and involved with every activity! You can tell they are big family and they make you a part of the family, we are only on our 4th day out of 10 and we already think we may extend !! To all the staff and team we appreciate you so much for making our Holiday ! Roxie and Tony
