Club Paradisio El Gouna

There is something almost poetic about choosing your own country out of love, only to leave wondering why you didn’t take your money to Rome or the Maldives instead. I have visited beach destinations across Egypt, and rarely have I encountered hospitality this disappointing. Throughout our stay, we repeatedly had to ask for our bags to be taken, tuk-tuk rides to be called, and even water to be brought to us. Water. Meanwhile, we watched foreign guests receive these same courtesies effortlessly, right in front of us. I cannot speak to the reasons, but the contrast was impossible to ignore. The most laughable part? This was my second visit. Having experienced similar service before, I returned hoping things had improved. Instead, I got the sequel nobody asked for: same plot, same service, no character development. I could have spent my holiday abroad. Instead, I chose Egypt out of love for my country and a desire to support our tourism industry. That loyalty was not reciprocated. I am writing this for my fellow Egyptians, family, friends, and future guests. I want no compensation, complimentary stay, or polished apology. I simply want people to know where their money might be going. Club Paradisio has lost a returning customer, and there will not be a third visit. Luxury means nothing when basic hospitality is missing. As we know, there is much more to Egypt than El Gouna. يا خسارة.

It’s first time in this hotel but we had really a good time the food amazing and the service super I love it ❤️

One of the best hotels in Gouna, location is perfect, atmosphere is amazing and above all that is the hotel staff, they are very friendly and welcoming, very responsive when you need them.
