A family-friendly hotel with various activities throught the day and entertaining shows at night. The beach overlooks the sunrise, the weather is incredible. The rooms have a great view of the gardens and the ocean. Overall, a highly recommended destination for a fun, memorable vacation.

My stay at Club Paradisio El Gouna was not just disappointing — it was unacceptable, unprofessional, and far below any reasonable standard of hospitality. What I experienced in this hotel raises serious questions about management, staff training, and the overall quality of service in this establishment. No answer for our requests, through the hotel stuff and reception and even the email we get no answer. The gouna security staff were uncooperative, untrained, and uninterested in solving any issue. Their behavior showed a complete lack of professionalism and hospitality. It felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Security person named Mohammed was on duty at 10:30 am on 25/07/2026 stoped our car for more than 45 minutes to let the car in. Unfortunately we missed our flight . Definitely not recommended — one of the worst stays I’ve had. The way we were treated at Club Paradisio El Gouna felt unfair, biased, and completely unacceptable. Instead of respect and equal treatment, we experienced behavior that made us feel singled out and unwelcome. No guest should ever feel judged or treated differently — yet that’s exactly what happened.This kind of attitude has no place in hospitality, and it left a deeply negative impression. It’s sad when a place you look forward to ends up ruining your mood and your trip. I truly hope no one else goes through what we experienced.

The hotel meets all the expectations of the customer who really wants to relax, friendly service, excellent food and taking care of cleanliness both in the hotel and in the resort.

I was with my family for 3 nights in Club paradisio..it was amazing..very respectful staff always smiling. Many food opportunities with high quality..the beach and the pool were amazing
