Gravity Hotel and Aquapark Hurghada

We had a fantastic stay at Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park Hurghada and would definitely return again. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Reception were always helpful, the security team were very polite, and the overall service throughout the hotel was excellent. The restaurants were all very good, especially the Italian, Mexican, and the main restaurant. The food was always fresh, good quality, and there was plenty of choice every day. The pool bar was also great with friendly service and a good atmosphere. Everything around the hotel was kept very clean, including the pools, restaurant areas, and public spaces. Our room cleaner did an excellent job — room 177 was cleaned every day to a very high standard. The hotel is also in a very good location and overall we had a really enjoyable holiday. Thank you again to everyone at Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park for making our stay so enjoyable — we will definitely be back!

The hotel is great. The stuff are professionals and good people. The food is full of diversity. Pretty much place and occupation to do.

We had a lovely holiday here, though it didn’t start perfectly. Our initial room was poor, a family room overlooking another hotel (not what we requested) with two single beds pushed together. However, after speaking with staff, we were moved to a second room which was perfect: large, comfortable, with a pool view and a shared terrace. The Highlights: The Food: Generally very good, especially in "The View" buffet and the poolside snack bars. A massive highlight was Akina Japanese—the Teppanyaki is amazing and a must-try! (Avoid the Pizzeria, though; the pasta was tasteless and the snack bar pizzas are actually much better). Staff: Everyone was friendly and approachable. A huge shout-out to Ahmed at the bar near The View; he looked after us all holiday and was just brilliant. Pools & Beach: Great selection of areas depending on your mood, from relaxing spots to louder poolside vibes. The slides were a laugh, and the piers are lovely for a stroll or swimming off the end. Special Touches: The towel art was incredibly impressive and a fun surprise to come back to every day. Excursions: We took a trip to the Hurghada Marina and visited the stunning mosque. Guest Services were amazing at arranging a seamless taxi there and back for us. A Note on Entertainment: It is very child-focused, but easily avoidable if that’s not your thing! We did, however, really enjoy the fire show on the beach one evening. Overall, a wonderful trip and we would definitely recommend it!
