Gravity Hotel and Aquapark Hurghada

Firstly the positives - this hotel is very nice. It is looked after well, the rooms are spacious and clean, as is the rest of the resort, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Sadly I have had to deduct points for lacking in two important areas of All Inclusive hotels - the pools and the food. This hotel has a number of lovely, huge, beautiful swimming pools, but only one small one nearest to reception is heated. In reality, this pool is just about bearable, but all of the other pools are absolutely freezing cold, so nobody used them and it was just a waste. Yes this was in March , but it was hot and sunny around 23 degrees, so I can't imagine these big pools ever being warm enough to swim in. The food hall is huge, with multiple stations providing buffet food and fresh cooking counters, with no less than 3 dessert displays full of lovely puddings. But unfortunately the food was very basic. There were lots of sloppy vegetarian options that hardly get touched, fried egg and omelette stations that use far too much oil in each pan, and generally quite bland choices mostly the same each day. Someone should also tell them that nobody likes the processed frankfurter style sausages they have each day at breakfast, as well as the white chicken versions. Real sausages would go down a storm here. So all told, it is a nicely kept hotel with a beautiful view and lovely shallow beachfront, but the food is basic and the pool water is freezing.

Could not fault this hotel. Spent our two weeks relaxing & enjoying food & entertainment plenty to do for everyone! I was disappointed today when I went to ask if we could we could pay to have our room for three more hours tomorrow when we are leaving, to be told they are full! all the staff said very quiet…🤷‍♀️

best place to stay nice staff great food lovely hotel 6 hour flight so worth it great water slide the food was really good and the entertainment was really good and the bar is really so sad I'm back in England and it was was really good for are full family i will defo be back.
