Tons of pools, cool location, awesome staff and great hotel and service as well, also amazing entertainment and entertaining program and i think we will come back again

We spent seven days at Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park in Hurghada with our two young children (aged 2 and 4), and we can honestly say that overall, we were very happy with our stay. One of the hotel’s biggest highlights is its beautiful beach. For a hotel beach, it is of an exceptionally high standard and, in our opinion, easily compares to public and private beaches elsewhere. The lovely sea views, comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas make it a wonderful place to relax and spend quality time with the whole family. Another huge advantage is the fantastic range of activities for children. There is a great indoor playroom, plenty of entertainment and very well-organised activities and events for both children and adults. The amazing aqua park deserves a special mention! It is a place where both kids and grown-ups can have an absolutely fantastic time. With so much water fun, laughter and excitement, the aqua park is undoubtedly one of the hotel’s biggest attractions. Families with children certainly won’t have a chance to get bored here! The waiters deserve special recognition. They are friendly, cheerful, full of positive energy and always happy to help. You can genuinely see that they enjoy their work, and their attitude towards guests is exceptional. They are wonderful with children and know how to make the whole family feel welcome. Thanks to them, we felt truly special on many occasions. They are definitely one of this hotel’s greatest strengths! Cleanliness is another big plus. Both our room and the hotel grounds were kept to a very high standard throughout our stay. Of course, there were a few downsides. The food is generally good, with a fairly wide selection of dishes, but personally, it wasn’t entirely to our taste. We felt that the cuisine, much like the overall atmosphere of the hotel, is largely geared towards German tourists. Of course, this is simply a matter of personal preference. Another downside is the very slow Wi-Fi, which sometimes makes even basic internet use frustratingly difficult. Our biggest disappointment, however, was the persistent salespeople offering additional services, such as excursions and massages. One particular woman selling massages stood out for all the wrong reasons. She approached us four separate times, despite us clearly declining her offer every single time. On some occasions, she even appeared offended because we refused to buy a massage that we simply didn’t want or need. This kind of behaviour is uncomfortable and shouldn’t happen at a hotel where guests come to relax and enjoy their holiday. Overall, we would definitely give Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park a very positive rating! The beautiful beach, fantastic waiting staff, excellent cleanliness, amazing aqua park and wide range of activities for children make it a great choice for a family holiday. If the hotel improved its Wi-Fi and reduced the pressure from salespeople promoting additional services, our rating would be even higher. Despite these minor drawbacks, we have very fond memories of our stay and would happily recommend this hotel, especially to families with children.

Our stay at Gravity Hotel & Aquapark was absolutely wonderful! If I had to describe our holiday in one word, it would be relaxation. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, there was a lovely, peaceful atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. It was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the sunshine and spend quality time together as a family. ✨ A Beautiful, Spotlessly Clean Hotel The hotel grounds are spacious, beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Cleanliness was impressive everywhere – throughout the outdoor areas, around the pools, in the restaurants and in our room. Staff were constantly cleaning and taking care of every detail. Everything felt well organised and looked after. The entire team deserves special recognition. The staff were friendly, attentive, welcoming and always smiling, while never being intrusive. They were genuinely helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. 👨‍👩‍👧 Perfect for Families with Children This hotel is an excellent choice for families! The aquapark, waterslides and children’s pool areas offer plenty of fun for younger guests. It was especially reassuring to see how attentive the lifeguard at the children’s waterpark was, constantly watching over the children and making sure they were safe. There was also so much to do throughout the day. The entertainment team was fantastic, offering a great variety of activities, including stretching, yoga, children’s evening entertainment, mini disco and face painting. The entertainers were friendly and enthusiastic, creating a lovely atmosphere for both children and adults. There was always something to enjoy, whether you wanted to join in or simply relax. 🌊 Pools, Sea and Stunning Views The hotel has several swimming pools, so there is plenty of space to enjoy the water and sunshine. The sea is right there, with a lovely lagoon-like area beginning very close to the hotel. Having the pools and the sea so close made it easy to switch between relaxing by the water and enjoying the beach. We stayed on the sixth floor and had an absolutely fantastic sea view from our room. Waking up to that view was a real highlight of our holiday! 🍽️ Delicious Food and Lovely À La Carte Restaurants The food was tasty, varied and satisfying, with a good selection of fish, different types of meat and plenty of other options. And the desserts deserve a special mention – a little paradise for anyone with a sweet tooth! We also enjoyed breakfast coffee from the coffee machine, which was a lovely way to start the day. We visited both the Mexican and Oriental à la carte restaurants, and we really enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious, and it was lovely to have the opportunity to try something different during our stay. 💆‍♀️ A Little Extra Relaxation at the Spa I also treated myself to a spa visit and had an excellent massage. It was the perfect addition to an already relaxing holiday! ❤️ Final Verdict: 10/10 What made this holiday so special was not just one particular feature, but the overall experience. The cleanliness, beautiful grounds, friendly staff, delicious food, entertainment, pools, aquapark and sea views all came together to create a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything felt welcoming, comfortable and well cared for. It is a wonderful hotel for families with children, but also a great place for anyone looking to switch off, recharge and enjoy a relaxing holiday. The hotel is great.... 2 huge pools... no sunbed wars.... it has its own beach( we didnt use it).... the location is great too... plenty of life outside... thats not always the case in eygpt....a special mention to the fantastic staff... they are ALL amazing...from the gardening team.....to the restaurant. Security. Bar staff. Waiters .reception.... all are a credit to the hotel.... all very polite and incredibly attentive.... a special mention to bassam...the waiter from the wien bar.... a great guy.....the negatives for us were... the trip sales people... especially the boat trip guys...1 in particular .... no amount of polite " no thank you" was enough..... but the real issue for us was the food.... we found it very very poor..... we totally accept how difficult it is to cater for multi nationalities.... and we also accept the quality of all inclusive food is never good..... but we found the food woeful..... it was barely lukewarm....its not hard to keep food warm..... we ate in the restaurant 5 times I. 2weeks..... and were both ill on each occasion...... its a real shame..... we think less dishes.. to a higher standard would be better..... quality over quantity.....its a real let down for the hotel overall.....all in all..... would we come back?..... probably not..... our advice is spent a bit more money and get somewhere with better quality food.....
