Gravity Hotel and Aquapark Hurghada

Great hotel with all services functioning well. Room daily cleaning perfect, food diverse and suitable for diferent preferences, aqua park nicely managed, pools cleanines satisfactory but can be more clean, animation nice, beach nice. Special cudos to the great staff members - Amar at the main restorant, and Mina at the beach movable counter!

Very poor quality of our 1+1 room. We weren't able to fully close the door of the "balcony" - which was just a 1 square meter something. One of the air-conditioning units was dripping regularly. Even if we reported these problems three times, they never managed to solve them. The food was OK, but not too varied. Regular power outage. The Wi-Fi is poor and unreliable. Overall, I won't recommend to anyone

We went to Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park as a group of families between 14th and 21st June. It was a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we had someone take care of our needs & inquiries. The staff all speak English, so no need to worry about communication. The rooms we were presented were big, and most importantly, clean. We also enjoyed a lovely view of the sea. The restaurant has menus with lots of meals for every taste. I especially enjoyed the local cuisine with its rich flavours. The serving was also impeccable. The restaurant manager was very helpful, along with the waiters providing us with a clean table and drinks. The beachside accommodations are suited for comfort and protection against the heat. Sun lounger, umbrella, and windbreak are provided with no extra charge, and there's no need to wake up very early to occupy them. We preferred to go to the 'island' area of the beach. The sea and beach were very clean. Keep in mind that water shoes are needed, as there are some rocks, but under the sea, it's not just bedrock. There are sand areas as well. The atmosphere is very calm, with lovely music playing on the beach. After daytime is over, each night has a scheduled show where guests are welcomed to participate. These shows last until about 11 PM. You can rest at night with no problems. Overall, I definitely recommend Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park. I would like to return, perhaps next year. This was my 1st stay at Gravity, but definitely won't be my last. As a solo traveller, everything about the hotel was perfect. Despite a delayed flight & arriving 4am, I received a warm welcome, was allocated a beautiful dual aspect room overlooking both the pool & the lagoon/sea. Every member of staff were very friendly. The food is varied with plenty of choice. My favourite place was the lagoon. If I had 2 small requests, it would be for more floating platforms & beds in the middle of the lagoon & some slushie drink machines at a few of the bars. I can't wait to return to this hotel.

Our second home when we are away of our home, thank you for all hotel employees and management, it was great to have this great stay with you, we will be back so soon.
