Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park Sahl Hasheesh

I stayed at Gravity Hotel from February 28th to March 7th, 2026, and I want to share my warmest memories. I was especially impressed by the exceptional service at La Wien restaurant. One of the waiters (unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but he was always working during the main meals) was incredibly kind and welcoming. Every time he saw me, he greeted me with a huge, sincere smile. He took such good care of me — bringing drinks, replacing my small juice glass with a large one without even being asked, and insisting on serving me so I didn't have to go to the bar myself. This kind of personal attention made my vacation truly special. It’s rare to meet someone who enjoys their work so much and cares for guests with such warmth. Thank you, Gravity team, and especially the wonderful staff at La Wien for these beautiful memories!

Wow! What an amazing holiday we had from start to finish. This is one of the first all inclusive holidays myself and my boy friend has had so therefore our expectations were quite low. However gravity sahl hashessh topped our expectations and we both had an amazing holiday and very sad to be going home. From the drinks to the food to the rooms to the staff to the entertainment and to the overall environment and entertainment everything was 10/10. We haven’t one bad thing to say about this hotel and we are already planning our visit to come again. Please note this hotel water to brush your teeth is completely safe and the ice they use is completely purified. Couldn’t recommend and feeling very relaxed after a week’s holiday in which we could have spent a week here more very easily!!! Also for children and the adults up for a good time the water park here is amazing and ranges from young children 1-3 to the older adults. There is truly something for everyone in Gravity Sahl Haseesh! Special thanks Elew(recreation) Mahmood (waiter) Sayeed (waiter) for making our time so special!!

Lovely hotel, fantastic grounds. Upon arrival we were given a twin room but we requested a double. Martina from guest relations swiftly sorted a beautiful room for us, huge bed with its own garden. She also checked on us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Great bar staff and staff all around, nothing too much trouble. Great pools, beach and found something to eat everyday. Thanks Martina for making our stay so special x

Location is good, at the other end of cove to the shops so if you want to leave the hotel it’s either a long walk or hire the golf carts. The Hotel is lovely, a lively side for the kids and a great chill pool for adults. We went end of February so water was freezing and there was a really cold wind though I don’t think that’s typical. Initially we were put into a family room with a balcony the size of a large dog crate even though we had booked superior double rooms with a balcony or terrace. It was sorted the following day and we were thrilled to be put into the poolside villas. We had booked with loveholidays and got a brilliant deal for 11 days from Glasgow, very happy. Must say, they have a star employee in Martina, she is the most helpful, lovely, friendly public relations I’ve ever dealt with on holiday, all the staff are super friendly and not pushy in the slightest. We would love to come back 🥰
