Hilton Plaza Hurghada

I had another wonderful stay at Hilton Hurghada Plaza, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The check in process was so smooth and easy. A special thank you to Miss Dina, who was more than perfect. She welcomed me with such kindness and warmth and made me feel at home from the very first moment. She arranged my room immediately so I didn’t have to wait at reception, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and care. As always, the room was spotless, beautifully prepared, and the view was absolutely stunning. Hilton Hurghada Plaza never disappoints! The next day, the reception team was incredibly helpful in explaining all the hotel’s activities. A huge thank you to Mr. Wael and Rawan for making my stay even more enjoyable. They genuinely made me feel like I was part of the Hilton family. They truly know what exceptional hospitality means. I would also like to recognize Karim Fouki, my room attendant, for keeping my room in perfect condition every day with great attention to detail. My sincere thanks as well to his supervisor, Nasr Kamel, for leading such an excellent housekeeping team. Thank you to everyone at Hilton Hurghada Plaza for another unforgettable stay. I can’t wait to come back!

I like the hotel! Clean, comfortable, cosy, with everything you need and a coffee machine room! The staff is friendly and will always help to solve the problems. The animations are great, especially Lira and Yulia. Barmen Mahmoud Nagdy mares delicious cocktails and was polite 🌺

Excellent locations and atmosphere. Quiet place to spend an holiday. The rooms are very spacious with outstanding views. Very clean, always upkeep, with lots of green spaces and gardens to chill out. The beach is private on a 2 minutes walk from the hotel through the garden. Staff is always available and provides a professional and personalised service. I need to mention Mohamed Ibrahim from the reception desk that gave us an upgrade on arrival, the young Ali Mahrous from housekeeping, always with a smile on his face and making sure that our room was kept at high standards and the restaurant waiter Abdelbaset Ahmed always proactive in serving us and interacting with the kids so that the parents could enjoy some time for themselves. We are already making plans to come back next year.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in every way. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms, the beach, the swimming pools, the quality and variety of the food in the restaurant, and the hotel management's excellent customer service and their ability to easily resolve any complaints or minor issues. I thank all the hotel staff, and especially Mr. Tarek Emad, the front office manager, Mr. Mohamed El Nasser, the assistant front desk manager, and Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim, the receptionist, for their constant support, dedication to their work, and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
