Hilton Plaza Hurghada

The hotel is good and so are the restaurants. What lets it down is the access to the Red Sea. They have a private beach in a bay. Their staff only allow you to swim out 10m into the bay. They do not allow you to snorkel the rocky breakwater and there are no signs or fore warning this restriction. For this reason I have wasted my time me and money booking here for a snorkelling holiday.

This was our 4th visit to the Hilton Hotel, and it continues to impress us every time. We highly recommend it, especially for families. Check-in and check-out are always quick and easy, and the staff are very friendly with kids. Special thanks to Rehab and Hedayah at the restaurant for their kindness and help with the kids, Abdallah and Dina at reception for their warm welcome and professionalism, and Heba Mostafa, the Events Manager, for her care and follow-up. The food offers good variety, the location is excellent, the beach is clean, the view is amazing, and the suites are spacious and very clean. Overall, always a wonderful experience

Excellent stay, very friendly staff! Julya was excellent entertainment. Will stay again. Excursions with mofasa is highly recommended and he will see you good and not over priced. Was lucky to see the dolphins. Food was good, especially a la carte Turkish. Cocktails were outstanding. Cannot fault the staff and they could not to enough.
