Hotel Mercure Hurghada

We were very disappointed with the hotel Lots of work started and everything very cramp The beach and pool were nice I want to return end of November p meet my American relatives who are on a Nile cruise -but I am very worried about o being the same mess as in March !!!! No mention if upgrades are finished I was very disappointed as we were supposed to be meeting relatives but due to Iran war -there holiday was cancelled They have rebooked for end of November -but I am very reluctant to spend money as the place was a mess -my American relatives are very reluctant to go on the holiday as they saw the mess on my video call

Mercure Hurgada hotel is my second home every year about 2 times ,since 2020..that mean l am extremely happy there . Special l wish to mention Mister Mahmoud Desouky from reception who is professional and kind person who make my stay in that hotel much more comfortable and safe

I really enjoyed 3 nights stay with my friends, The hotel is well located facing the sea , the beach is very very nice and the water is very clear , the food was good , the staff at the hotel is very attentive and helpful , Check in and out experience was very good, Mr Hesham at front office was very professional, And many thanks to Mr Mostafa Adel front office manager for double upgrading the room to suite , also late check out at 6pm was offered , next time when hurghada is the destination , I will definitely choose Mercure again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our vacation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location by the sea was perfect, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere, excellent facilities, beautiful location and a team that genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. What impressed us most was the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff. I would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Mr. Hisham, Mr. Sherif, Mr. Omar, and Mr. Mahmoud at Reception, who always welcomed us with a smile and were incredibly professional and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks as well to Mr. Hassan, Mr. Abdelhamid, and Mr. Mohamed Salah from the Bar team for their excellent service, friendliness, and attention to detail. I would also like to recognize Mr. Ahmed Idris from Room Service for his efficiency and dedication. The level of care and hospitality we experienced made our visit truly special.
