Hotel Mercure Hurghada

I really enjoyed 3 nights stay with my friends, The hotel is well located facing the sea , the beach is very very nice and the water is very clear , the food was good , the staff at the hotel is very attentive and helpful , Check in and out experience was very good, Mr Hesham at front office was very professional, And many thanks to Mr Mostafa Adel front office manager for double upgrading the room to suite , also late check out at 6pm was offered , next time when hurghada is the destination , I will definitely choose Mercure again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our vacation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location by the sea was perfect, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere, excellent facilities, beautiful location and a team that genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. What impressed us most was the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff.
