Hotel Mercure Hurghada

Filthy place. Oh better don't go to the barber neither, worse haircut I've had in my life. I doubt that guy was a proffesional barber.

Lovely hotel, great location, sunbeds on the beach were our favourite as mattresses were extra thick and look brand new. Essam and Ahmed from the restaurant are superheroes and will assist with anything, I have a lactose intolerance and they were both exceptionally attentive. It seems majority of hotel guests are Russians and let’s just say they need to learn manners, on several occasions we witnessed them behaving in a negative way..

It was a great pleasure to spend this week here at Mercure Hurghada with you, its gave us unforgetable memories. We been really satisfied with the service, every one was helpful, we really valued that we got a very nice sea view room, thank you Martha for your kindness. The food in the Restaurant was excellent too, had wide variety of choices, we really liked the local taches of meals (falafel, the local bread, etc.) The garden is amazing, really beautiful. The only improovement could be is regarding of the cleanliness. We deffinitly will offer your Hotel for our family and friends, and we also would like to return back hopefully soon.

Everything was very nice. I liked it so much the food and service were very nice And the entertainment was wonderful great this is perfect animation team thanks alot to Diana from the animation team 😍, She is very friendly ,energetic smiling and full of positive vibes . making every day fun and unforgettable. I will be back soon.
